« We stayed in Galena for the Great Galena Balloon Race and this place was conviently close to the event field and to the historical attractions that we wanted to see. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. Wish we had more time so we could visit the recreation center where the pool is. We definitely recommend this place! »

« The house worked out well for our group of five. The kitchen and dining areas provided a nice place to gather and socialize in the evening. The washer and dryer worked out well after a bit of a snowy and muddy day out in the fields. We will plan to come back again next year. »

« The property was perfect for me and my two kids. We enjoyed the proximity to the State Park and Potters Mill. Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear and we had everything we needed (minus a lighter) but that was a quick fix by taking a short walk to the gas station a couple blocks away. Definitely a cute hole that’s been remodeled and decorated with lots of love. »

« Cons: Wet sheets in the washer. Dishes in the dishwasher. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, when we booked for 4 people. WiFi not strong enough to watch a show, buffered every 3 min. Moldy air conditioning unit in the window in March: Letting in barking dog noise and cool air on a cold day. Very squeaky bed/uneven mattress.
