« The hotel is really nice and the staff at reception was lovely. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Unfortunately the room we were given (room 118) was right next to the entrance/exit door so we had loud door banging noise the whole night. Even though it is written everywhere that it is quiet time after 10 pm we could still hear customers coming back and talking loudly until 3a.m. On top of that the aircon was making a very loud noise so we had to switch it off at night, not ideal when outside...

« The holiday Inn at Trinity is clean, the rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious enough and the staff is friendly and professional. The food is good enough but can be better. The pancakes machine is high tech, no mess. It makes 2 at a time. The choice of tea bags can be better. In overall it's a good hotel and would recommend it. When you search for hotels, the Trinity hotels don't show up. Holiday Inn should check why. There is another cheaper holiday...

« It was a very clean hotel. The rooms are large. There is only one chair in each room which was strange to me since the rooms are so large and I would think it’s common to have 2 people staying in a room. Since we were Expedia customers they were less flexible about a late check out or early check out and our room was just off lobby so was loud at times. They have laundry which is awesome. Overall our stay was pleasant. The manager was very nice. »

« This was just a place to lay my head. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I didn't utilize the bar or have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Contrary to the sign in the bathroom, housecleaning came every day instead of every other day. A couple of little glitches, I couldn't make long distance calls with the phone in the room, and I had to become a Hilton Honors member to get wi-fi activated, but those weren't big deals for me. One big glitch. I had asked for a wake up call...
