« The rooms here are beautiful, but the MOST uncomfortable I've ever experienced for a place charging these prices. The bed is extremely hard & after sleeping just a few hours, I woke in extreme pain. I explained what happened & asked if they had any mattress toppers or anything to help - they said no. I asked if all the rooms have the same beds, because 4 more nights of this is going to be excruciating - they said they are all the same. They did not offer any solutions, no extra pillows, blankets...

« I love Iiked that it wasn't far from the beach. I dislike the fact that the room didn't meet they commitment to a clean sanitized room. Lotion bottle on the wall was filthy, the hand hair blower was filthy, behind the beside dresser was filthy. Roach was seen in the room, when brought to housekeeper attention she just said sorry and didn't try to come in and clean. »

« We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend.
On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure. »
