Welcome to my three-bedroom modern house. Situated in a fantastic position, a short walk from the centre of Shrewsbury and the train station, in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking. The house has a light spacious interior, with a small rear garden for you to enjoy. An ideal base for the many events held in Shrewsbury. The perfect place to spend time with family, friends or if you are looking for a home-from-home, whilst working away.
The space
We have an allocated parking space, and there is also additional parking available in the centre of the cul-de-sac.

On entering the property, you will see it is well configured, with a convenient downstairs cloakroom. A comfortable lounge, where you can enjoy time spent with friends and family. You may just want to watch the Smart TV which also has Netflix and Amazon, (you will need to use your own login) or just chill and chat. There is the dining room which leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped for you, including a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. There is also the fridge freezer and microwave along with all the other expected items.

From the dinning room and kitchen there are doors leading out into the rear garden. Which may be small but I'm perfectly formed for sitting out on those summer evenings.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms all with comfortable beds, one of them has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one is a single bed.

Let's not forget the bathroom with a walk in shower.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
