On the ground floor, the welcoming hallway leads into a beautiful dining room, centred around a large dining table - the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, family meals or evenings spent together. A convenient cloakroom is also located on this floor, along with a rear door opening onto the private courtyard. With outdoor seating, it’s an inviting spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Down on the lower ground floor, you’ll find the impressive kitchen and breakfast room. Beautifully appointed and designed with entertaining in mind, it features bespoke cabinetry, granite work surfaces and a superb range of integrated appliances, including a Neff coffee machine and microwave, together with a range-style oven.

A separate utility room adds practicality, while doors lead to two covered outdoor storage areas — ideal for securely storing bicycles and other outdoor equipment.

Continue upstairs to the second floor and discover the impressive master bedroom. Light floods in through the triple sash windows, while ample storage provides plenty of space to settle in for longer stays.

The luxurious bathroom on this floor is a particular highlight, featuring a stunning freestanding bath positioned to take advantage of views across the rooftops of Shrewsbury, alongside a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead.

On the top floor, you’ll find a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an additional shower room. Please note that some areas of the twin bedroom have lower head height due to the roofline, adding to its character.

Although the house is right in the heart of town, you have the benefit of one dedicated parking space just a three-minute walk away.

Once parked, however, you may well find that you don't need the car again.

The whole of the house is available for guests to enjoy.

Please note this is a town centre property and on occasions, particularly Friday and Saturday Evening you may experience higher levels of noise from people leaving local pubs and restaurants.

We have a high chair and travel cot available at the property. The travel cot is a standard size 100 cm by 60 cm and around 72 cm in height and has the standard travel cot mattress. We just remind you to bring your own linen.

If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £65, up to 1 pm. (this is wholly subject to our cleaning team and if there is an incoming guest on the same / next day). Any later request than 1pm would be charged as a full night extension.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
