This property has a pond on-site, and natural water features, including the Cold River and a local swimming hole, are nearby. Use of these water areas is at your own risk; no lifeguards are on duty.
Children must be supervised at all times around water, and pets should be closely supervised as well. Anyone who is not a confident swimmer should wear a properly fitted life jacket when near or in the water. If you plan to visit the river or swimming hole, please bring your own life jackets and appropriate safety gear.
