« Rude employees everywhere in the hotel and casino »

« I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. »

« The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of...

« this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Room and hallways smelled sour casino staff very rude hard to find them none of the food places were open but one ended up ordering dominos worst experience ever and i wanted to try a new place I always stay at horseshoe I will never try a different place again bad all the way around »

« After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say...

« Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold! »

« The air conditioner was good, the staff was nice an the room was clean, i did not have cable tv but that was fine with me the room did have wifi I only stayed for the 25th an 26th i checked out early instead of check out on the 27th im still waiting on my my refund since i booked 2nights an i only stayed 1 night 🌙 It was awesome 👌 👏 »

« Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash. From the baseboards to the curtain slides to the flickering lights. Whole place smells like smoke. I highly recommend.... literally anywhere else. »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »
