From your base in the prestigious Torreon Golf Club community, you’re just minutes from championship golf, hiking and biking trails, serene lakes, and local dining.



In the warmer months, spend your days fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding at nearby Fool Hollow Lake or explore miles of scenic trails in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. In winter, trade hiking boots for snow gear and enjoy skiing at Sunrise Ski Resort just an hour away, then come back to Sage Cabin to warm up by the fire.





🛎️ CONSIDERATIONS

Please note that this property is on a private golf course and walking on the golf course or cart paths at any time is strictly prohibited. There is a minimum $500 fine if caught doing so.



Considering this is a home, not a hotel, we kindly ask you to treat the space with care. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7. However, we’re just a message away if you need assistance! To finalize your booking, a separate rental agreement is required.



Please note: this is a pet-free home to ensure the comfort of all guests, and we’re unable to make exceptions. If you’re traveling with pets, we’d be happy to help you find one of our pet-friendly properties instead.





🧳TRAVEL INSURANCE ADVISORY

For a stress-free getaway, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance—especially during winter months when unexpected weather or illness can disrupt travel plans. Reservations become non-refundable after a certain point, so having coverage ensures you’re protected from last-minute changes due to road closures, weather delays, or unforeseen circumstances.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:



Option 1: Damage Waiver ($65) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3,000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$8/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.



Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
