Escape to our Charming Red Cabin home in Pinetop-Lakeside. Nestled on 1 private wooded acre on top of Springer Mountain, our 3 bed/2 bath home is ideal for families or friends wanting an adventure filled get away. Some of our great amenities include a stone fireplace, dreamy beds, game room, pool table, Directv, reading nook, wifi, hot tub, hammock and an awesome treehouse. Shopping, theater, hiking, fishing, dining, snowboarding and more are just minutes away. Stay, play and make memories.


Through the front door, you'll find a cozy family room with vaulted wood ceilings, a big screen TV (with Directv) and a stone fire place. If you love making stew on a cold winter evening, our small but fully equipped kitchen is ready to go and is open to the family room and dining area with comfortable seating for 8 people. Down the hall is a cowboy themed bedroom with a queen bed, lots of closet space and is next door to a full size bathroom. Provided for your convenience is a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board in the laundry/mud room.


Kick your feet up on the back porch which overlooks lush pine trees and the forest beyond or enjoy a soak in the hot tub as the sun goes down. Our 2 person hammock is a good place for a nap while the awesome treehouse entertains the kids (or adults) for hours. Finish your eventful day sitting next to the fire pit roasting marshmallows or telling ghost stories.

At the top of the stairs you'll find natural light filled reading nook with books for all ages. Also on the second floor, you'll find a bedroom with an awesome bunk bed (made out of wood trunks) with a full size bed on the bottom, twin bed on top, another twin bed and a nice sized closet, all to fit 4 people comfortably.


The third bedroom has a wood carved queen bed, TV (with Directv) and a nice sized closet to fit all your snow gear! The second full bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway. Our game room is large with plenty of room to play a lively game of pool or watch a movie. We have a great selection of boardgames for every age and puzzles to test your patience.

We have gone to great lengths to make sure our home is clean, sanitized and has everything you need to feel right at home.

We had a great time, this cabin had EVERYTHING you could want! Pool Table, Hot Tub, Tree House and our Host was very quick in answering any questions we had, we would definitely stay here again.We enjoyed our family time very much, had a wonderful Thanksgiving, would definitely recommend.

This is by far our favorite vacation rental we've stayed in. It's exactly as described in the listing and very clean. Instructions are clear on how to check in and out and the host was incredibly responsive. We adored the giant backyard and spent a good portion of our stay back there. My 8 year old was obsessed with the tree house and the swing. I was a big fan of the hot tub, which is also well maintained and very clean. We were also huge fans of the game room! So many games to choose from and the pool table was a huge hit. Lots of good family time spent up there! We will most definitely be back! :)

Cute and Cozy

My family enjoyed our stay. There is lots of space to relax throughout the house inside and out. It was nice and cool in the evenings so we were able to open the windows at night, but grateful for the portable A/C that cooled the place off during the days that got into the 90s. The kitchen had all we needed. The beds were comfy and bathrooms stocked with necessities. We would definitely rent this place again.

Winter cabin

Beautiful cabin and amazing scenery with snow covered pine trees. We arrived in the snowy drive way and was welcomed with a cute wooded bear at the entrance. The cabin was warm and charming with the perfect amenities. The cabin was spacious, kids having fun playing board games or watching a movie while parents can enjoy a dip in the jacuzzi. We had a lovely stay. Thank you for the memories!

Clean Place & Wonderful Host

The home was clean, true to description, and orderly. The host was fantastic. On our trip we encountered some difficulties (nothing to do with the home) and the host was gracious and kind in helping us. It really meant a lot. That alone made the stay great!

Beautiful Property and Cabin

We had a relaxing stay at this lovely cabin. The property backs up the the forest and the yard is kept very natural forest. The cabin is just as pictured and very comfortable. There was only 2 of us so we really just made use of the downstairs, however we did play pool a couple of times in the game room. Great pool table! We would definitely return to this cabin and will be looking at the calendar for the winter months. Look forward to utilizing the hot tub and the fire pit.

Beautiful cabin

We absolutely loved this cabin! Very clean, very spacious, the outdoor set up was awesome. We loved the pool table and the hammock. The host was VERY easy to work with and very accomodating. We will definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family and will definitely be back!

Perfect family getaway!

The property was clean, spacious, and well taken care of for an older home. We have kids ranging from 5 to 17, and everyone was satisfied and stayed busy with all the different amenities. The host was very easy to work with. There were plenty of pillows and towels, and a fan in each room. We would definitely stay here again!

Amenities and location!!

We stayed as a family of four for Christmas and had such a great time. The check in was easy and Laura responded quickly to any questions I had. The cabin is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. We used the hot tub, pool table, board games and played an interesting game of off road croquet in the huge backyard! It's a good distance from neighbors and still very close to town. There were towels available (I appreciated the makeup towels!) and a fully stocked kitchen, which is older and could probably use a little renovation but it adds charm. Check out instructions were easy to follow. We had lunch at Long Wongs on the way out and highly recommend it, really cool decor, tasty food and great specials. If you're on the fence, I'd just book it! We hope to stay here again soon!

Great Cabin!

It was a great place to stay. The Internet was off but what do you expect being out in the woods😉 loved the location only thing is if the town has a parade be prepared that the only way to the home might be closed off.

Great Family Getaway for Family

Our family stayed at the cabin for the weekend to go skiing at Sunrise. The kids had a great time in the tree house and also playing in the game room. The cabin is very comfortable and has a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!
