« Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. « Payton was a perfect host - communicative and attentive. The basement flat is just as advertised. The bed is comfy and the Nespresso is a treat! The neighborhood is quaint and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the arboretum and The Canal. If your visit includes a Sunday, the Ballard Market is a must! Because it is a basement flat, there is some overhead noise and parking is first come, but we didn’t have any problems. »
