« Un lieu magique au bord de la rivière. Les chambres sont immenses et très belles. Le Onsen privatisable est génial. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une patience extrêmes, surtout que nous avons beaucoup changé nos plans sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ et jamais ils ne se sont départis de leur sourire et de leur efficacité à trouver des solutions à tout. « 隣に体育館、向かいに果物屋がある、一見日帰り温泉のような施設でした。館内は奥行があり、古さは感じるものの、お雛様の飾りや屏風など細やかな装飾もあり清潔で、必要十分でした。 洗顔・クレンジング・シャンプーのアメニティが部屋になかったこと、布団を自分で敷くスタイルだったこと、空調機の音が大きかったことが気になりました。 スタッフの方は皆さんとても感じの良い方で、お料理も美味しかったです。 »

« Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! Thank you so much to all of the staff - we had a wonderful time with you and hope to see you again soon! »
