« We received a last minute room substitution at this property because we were overbooked at our chosen property. Courtyard room was very clean but you could hear every toilet flush all night long. There was also no free breakfast. You could purchase breakfast at their bistro starting at $15 per person. »

« When we walked into our room, we were met with cleaning supplies all over the floor that had been left behind. There were used cleaning rags in the bathroom sink (with no drain stopper in it) where the sink was not finished getting cleaned. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned and one of the beds was missing pillows. Probably one person's mistake - to forget to finish the room but it didn't look good for the whole of the property. »
