quiet, cozy, country loft close to everything

This apt, 1 of 4 apts in the same bldg, is the conversion of the attic over my shop, completely isolated from the others, & extremely private, quiet, & secure. Unlike the others, it has no apt above or below it. Entrance requires going thru 2 keyless entries with a spacious concrete parking pad immediately outside the 1st door. The apt can sleep up to 6 with a king bed, full length couch, loveseat recliner, & space to add a twin bed. It has 2 lg flat screen tv`s with subscription access.

Unlike the other apartments, this apt has no apt above or below it, nor does it share a common wall with another apt. This apt can be made as dark as a guest wants & is an awesome place to live & sleep, esp during rain. There r 2 kayaks, a firepit, & a half-court basketball court with 10` goal for guest use. Guests can access & use the entire space. Guests must enter my shop about 4` to reach the steps to the apartment. The shop space is not a part of the apartment though it must be entered to reach the apartment.

Our interaction with guests is according to what they want, allow, & initiate.

The apt bldg is on the same 5-acre lot with our home near the end of a private road with minimal traffic. We are in a beautiful valley with ridges on the north & south with lots of green space & a pond in between. Our area is great for walking, jogging, cycling, kayaking, fishing, & walking/playing with a dog.

Tho there is no public transportation nearby, we are within 25 minutes of Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Conway, Jacksonville, & Cabot.

The apartment has 2 areas separated by an exterior door that is lockable. The door can be left open, closed, or locked. Each area is heated/cooled by its own dedicated `mini split` ductless wall-mounted unit controlled by a handheld remote. The function, temperature, fan speed, & louver angle can all be controlled by the remote. This apt offers indoor parking & a garage door opener remote control for the use of our guests.
We absolutely forbid the smoking/vaping of anything inside the apt. Any smoking/vaping of anything must be done outside or in your vehicle, away from other guests, & with no butts or debris left on the ground. Quiet hours from 10:00pm to 6:00am. We reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable wear & tear, unnecessary damage, including odor mitigation, & theft of property.
