Quiet neighborhood with adequate street parking (never had a problem finding a space). No microwave oven, which makes it a little messy to warm up leftovers. « Spacious apartment and places to hang our things. Bed was soft. Appreciate the wood floor, neutral colors, simple clean lines of the decor - very Pacific North West in a good way. We needed a power strip to recharge our various technology. I would have the heat set a little lower. We usually keep our heat at home around 65-68. « We appreciated the quietness of the area, the amount of space, which gave us space to unwind, then come together easily. Parking was available and easy, and we appreciated the mixed ethnicity of the area restaurant choices. We are not big fans of "gentrified areas." Going down the flight of stairs was a little challenge. Might be deal breaker in inclement weather, but fine otherwise. »

« This is a really great apartment thats spacious, clean, and has a great view of the Portland skyline. It is also conveniently located near some restaurants and food truck areas. Its only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest light rail station. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! »
