« Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support. To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...

« Marnie & Dale were lovely and the accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of wood for the cosy fire. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything worked.Repairs to the arm chair, electric heater and mats would be beneficial for safety reasons. The coffee and cake van was a bonus thanks to Gill, Roy and Fleur and Marnie’s yummy homemade cakes. « The house is lovely and very clean, and there were lots of thoughtful and generous touches throughout, like the scones Marie made for us and the fact that Neal put the fire on for us before we arrived. We enjoyed a really cosy stay - it was lovely in early winter. »
