« Very quiet, very friendly, was clean , we have been staying at this location for over 18 years the past 3 years has been the cleanest it has been , if your looking for something quiet and in between silver dollar city and Branson this place you will love we highly recommend if you have small children. »

« The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!! »

I now bring my own child here to SDC and over the years all of these hotels have came and gone, been bought out, renovated etc. I was so excited to see this brand new build go in b/c we suffer from autoimmune disorders from living in hidden mold for the last 5 years. « Overall I believe this hotel is a great value. There are lots of hotels in Branson and doing comparisons, I was happy with cost, location, cleanliness, and the breakfast amenities. NOTE FOR THOSE TOWING A CAMPER OR BOAT: The driveway in is steep! Not recommended for those visitors. »

« The property was just as described, perfect for what we needed. We left something in the room and the owner met us there and helped us look and eventually find the item. Great customer service. »

« Location to SDC and transportation excellent. Kitchen plates and silverware, soap and sponge to wash dishes. There is microwave and toaster. No hair dryer. Our refrigerator was frozen but they came right away thawed it and cleaned up. Very kind and helpful. Staff on sight to help. »

« On the room they were a couple of broken stuff and the fridge door barely close and was rusty.. some towels were stained and the receptionist have and attitude and don't how ro print a receipt.. Good things was the location that is on the center of everything. »

« Toilet wouldn't work right, floors were very dirty, toilet had not been cleaned on the bottom front & the TV volume was very low when turned up full!! Will not stay there again!! Also found someone else's pills on the floor!! »

« The room was clean, but it was in a noisy area next to the swimming pool and they allowed dogs which barked all night long. »

« The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately »

« Everyone was friendly & so helpful. They made sure our stay was enjoyable. A couple small things, like a slow shower drain & a light that didn't work, but otherwise the room was perfect. Beds were very comfortable & room was quiet. Highly recommend Dutton Inn. »
