This expansive and newly renovated riverfront home boasts unbelievable space for your family and friends. Direct river access (property is riverfront) for tubing, kayaking, lounging, and fishing. The home has a huge yard and heated pool (pool heat optional and additional fee) for outdoor relaxation. There is a screened-in gazebo with deck overlooking the Shenandoah River with stunning views and fishing adventures for days. We have a deck overlooking the river, front and back porch to take in the views, fire pit and easy access to all that Shenandoah Valley has to offer! The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.

A three-night minimum is required for all weekend stays unless arrival time is less than 30 days from booking.
While cell service may be limited in the area, the home is equipped with Starlink internet to support streaming and connectivity needs.
ATVS and dirt bikes are strictly prohibited on the property and surrounding roads.
Pets are welcome! A pet fee of $35 per night per pet will be applied and requested separately.
