"The reception staff is friendly. The parking is limited but OK if other guest don't all have cars. The rooms have been re-done, a bit local style (i.e. not very well but enough for cosmetic pictures to look good on the reservation sites). View is nice. If you open the wooden louvers (only way to get light in the room), there no screens on the window (all bugs come in). The water pressure in the shower is very low. The toilet seat was half attached. The fuse box of the electric system was worringly wired with cables going every which way. The bed is comfy, the bedding good. There is no cable TV. The wifi speeds are horrendous, can't even load youtube videos in lowest format without interruptions until all guests are out of their rooms. "

"The room is nice but there are some (recurring) issues with this hotel. The cable TV does not work. There is septic tank smell coming up through the drain pipes. There was no phone in the room (and they failed to bring it despite 3 seperate requests). The maid service is uneven (leave things in the trash, forget to put back towels, etc.). Its OK for Port Vila as long as you pay less than 15 000 Vatu per night for your room."

"L’endroit est charmant mais n’est pas fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. En effet l’endroit semble avoir été abîmé par le temps depuis la prise des photos. Par ailleurs, la propreté est à revoir, nous avons trouvé des draps sales à notre arrivée, des poils et cheveux un peu partout. Cependant après notre sollicitation le personnel a nettoyé la chambre. "
