Modern chic blends with classic sophistication in this late 1800s Manor. Enjoy the expansive 4,500 square feet of elegance and character that adorns this well-appointed home. Complete with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, many different areas for entertainment throughout, plus a designer patio. The neighborhood is of the most elite in Sheboygan, situated between the lakefront and downtown. Just a short drive to Whistling Straights and within an hour of Milwaukee and Green Bay.

Welcome to the Wayne Charles Manor.
The modern touches and stylish furniture throughout each room complement the original character of the manor which has been preserved throughout the years. The home features two wood-burning fireplaces, one in the great room and another in the den; nicknamed the green room. The great room also boasts an expansive wall of windows overlooking the manicured yard with a patio area and a garden pond which is frequented by mallards.

Enjoy every detail of the fine craftsmanship; stained glass windows, hardwood floors, original light fixtures, crown molding, and rich woodwork.

The parlor features a baby grand piano and soaks in the sunlight almost all day long. Enjoy a formal dinner in the dining room featuring a built-in bar, rich woodwork, and stained glass windows.

The eat-in kitchen is full of sunshine and is the perfect place to cook an evening dinner or enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Patio season is everything and the bar is set high! Despite being located just a few minutes from Downtown and the lakefront, the Manor sits on a lot of just over half an acre. Mature trees, a garden pond, a grilling area, a designer patio, and a beautifully manicured lawn add to the charm of this mini-mansion. You are guaranteed to see an array of bird species, mallards, and rabbits! Firewood is provided should you want to have an outdoor fire.

This home is an automatic repeat booking. We have stayed in many historic homes, but none this untouched by modernity. And yet, it has all the modern conveniences. Our family celebration here was the stuff of Hallmark commercials. Host Jordan was very responsive and one can tell there is much care and love for this Grand Old Lady. Looking forward to our next family gathering here!

We fell in love with this beautiful home. If you love old and elegant homes with tons of character and top notch architectural features, you will not be disappointed. We were in town for a family wedding and lots of family stopped by just to admire the house. Everyone was jealous of our VRBO! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Jordan is a Hall of Fame host! By the time we left, I felt like we were friends. He goes above and beyond with his willingness to help answer questions and solve any needs that came up during our stay. The home is an extraordinary gem, located a few blocks from the lakefront. The architecture, large front porch and peaceful garden, including a gentle waterfall are all that is needed to refresh your spirit and keep you coming back!

Fun place to have a little murder mystery dinner. Tons of cool photo ops in the house. Good location. Plenty of room for parking, even with a partially shared driveway. Fireplace was nice to sit by and talk. Plenty of spaces for everyone to get ready. Only drawback was the beds were a bit uncomfortable for our group.

In town for our son's wedding, and had a wonderful experience. Jordan was fantastic communicating check-in process, along with helpful tips whenever needed.
