This whole house booking is a combination of three individual units: Peaceful Oasis, KC Made & Farm Charm.
3 king, 7 queen, 2 twin, 2 cribs, 3 pack n plays. BEDS for 22 adults. However, there are 3 couches which could be sleep on as well as 4 air mattresses if needed.

A truly grand house with spaciousness which is hard to convey. Its peaceful surroundings only enhance the warm, family-friendly atmosphere & fabulous amenities. Seeking a gorgeous getaway, one could hardly want for more!

While outside beckons with an acre of lawn or woods, your choice and the two separate, fully decked decks, the inside will engulf you instantly in its warm wooded embrace.

Enormous house with two full kitchens including 2 fridges, three ovens and three dishwashers, essential when staying with a large group and cooking (which we did for Thanksgiving)! Despite a couple issues, the house worked really well for us. Plenty of towels, super soft bed sheets, good heating (was really cold while we were there). All the bathrooms except a 1/2 on the main floor and one in the basement are within bedrooms. The house would benefit from a “welcome” info sheet to explain the TVs and a couple of internal locking doors (that you need to be careful NOT to lock). There is no TV on the main level, only upstairs or downstairs. Would recommend to anyone staying with a large family. We were all adults, but there’s great stuff (loads of toys, etc) for little kids.

Everything was great. Parking was abundant and safe. Kitchen facilities were wonderful for all the family.The only startling aspect was a coyote, running through the back with a freshly killed chicken in his mouth! He must have a den beneath the rock ledges at the end of the water. We sae him several times. He did not bother us.

Stayed in this home for a 3 night weekend in KC in July. A very comfortable LARGE house with plenty of room for 15 family members; children and parents could all select the room they wanted. It was a warm weekend and the AC completely kept up. Kitchen on the main floor is large and open and we used it for all our meals. Kitchen is open with a wonderful large island for setting out all our food. The deck on the main floor was very comfortable for dining morning and night. Loretta went the extra mile by finding a small keepsake that my grandson mistakenly left in the house and mailed it back to us!

1972 college reunion

we had 14 at our reunion and had plenty of space. We had a couple of guys who preferred to stay at a hotel and there were a couple about 5 minutes away. We had a caterer for our meals and Lori was great in allowing them to come in a little early. The main floor kitchen had 2 dishwashers which was helpful. All in all, a great place. We would use it again

Christmas gathering

After the loss of our Mom, we wanted to find a place to all get together for Christmas. The home was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was easy and she was quick to respond. We had an amazing time!

College friends

Six couples all friends for college days years ago stayed for two nights. Lovely property with two complete kitchens. Plenty of room for smaller gatherings and all 12 together. Loretta was very helpful and answered any questions we had.

After Christmas Getaway

We had an abbreviated stay due to weather moving in but once again had a very good time. The house accommodates family with all the bedrooms and places to hang out. Excellent location for those of coming from out of town. Hope to come back again and not get chased out by a blizzard.

Great property for large extended family

Very nice property with lots of sleeping space, bathrooms and gathering space for 17 adults and 8 children. Never felt like we were on top of each other. Multiple living areas to play games and hangout. Enough games and kids' activities to keep the grandchildren busy and entertained. Plenty of off-street parking. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home for Extended Family

We chose this home for our Thanksgiving gathering of 3 generations of family, and it was pretty great! Grandparents in the MBR on the main level, a family of four upstairs, and another family of 4 downstairs. Bathrooms for all! Living space is important to us so that we can gather and hang out as a group, and the living room worked very well for that. There are also smaller living spaces upstairs and downstairs for those who wanted to get away for a quieter conversation or to watch tv. One of the downstairs rooms is actually more of a studio apartment- it came in incredibly handy for a college-aged grandchild who needed a place to practice music. We could not hear the sound on the main floor. We do not have small children, but there was accommodation made for them in furniture, books/toys, and cute little-people sized nooks. One unusual and very appreciated feature was the ability to use the garages to store our vehicles! We had several cards between us, and when it unexpectedly snowed we were glad to avoid scraping and brushing snow. We kept our meals fairly simple, but you might check with the host if you want to do more involved cooking. The appliances are quality and up to the challenge, but the cookware/untensils might not be what you need. True at every rental, though. I noticed a couple of maintenance issues, but I'll pass them on to the host so she can correct them. All in all a wonderful gathering spot for us to gather! We would definitely visit again

Family Reunion

This is a great property for a family reunion. There is a lot of space for people to spread out and great common areas to come together. The kitchen is great for hosting a large group. We were able to cook a "Thanksgiving" type meal using the multiple ovens in the home. The host answered my questions before our event regarding kitchen items we needed for the meal. Almost every bedroom had their own bathroom, which was great. Location was great! Thank you for a great stay.

NASCAR weekend

We have been traveling to Kansas Speedway for quite a few years. This is a great location that allows all of us to stay together and make it a great weekend. We had a lot of room for each couple to have their own space but also enough for all of us to hang out and have a great time. We are looking to extend the weekend by an extra day. They only thing missing is a television on the main floor for us to keep an eye on the football game while we prepare our meals.

Holy Moly! The room.

Our beloved Cubs were in town to play the Royals and we decided it would be a great time to get together. We had 18 adults and two children staying at this beautiful big house. Everyone had their own bed...almost everyone had their own bathrooms (we were family so we shared). We were so pleased to see there were multiple ovens, breakfast casseroles were never so easy. The host was so helpful, to letting us get an early start to helping us find a hidden room. The outside area was amazing...sitting out on the decks in the morning and evening listening to all the birds!

Perfect home

Very clean, in good repair. Our ages ranged from 4-77. Super great having bathrooms in almost all bedrooms. Space to spare. We brought corn hole and appreciated large garage space to play it in.

Great Space

This is a lovely home with enough space for everyone! The house is huge and kind of divided so you can have some separate spaces if needed. We celebrated a 90th Birthday with family from all over the country! The grounds are amazing with a fire pit. The decks are lovely to watch the birds and sit and socialize. I thought parking would be an issue, but the paved back area had ample parking in addition to the spaces in front of the house. Half an hour from downtown, half an hour from the airport. Shopping and eateries a few miles away! Thank you!
