« We loved the area, which is a quiet little nook within a mile of many amazing local restaurants, jazz clubs, and art scene. We were able to walk many places. The owners left many helpful items for our stay, such as Tylenol, toiletries, snacks, readers, and a few beers from a local brewery. The space was clean, and the ac unit worked very well. « Nearby to shops, clean and cute. Pictures are accurate as are the other reviews about it being in an older building. No significant neighbor noise or issues when I was there. Construction nearby but didn’t bother me as it wasn’t noisy when I was there. Parking is easy. Very good communication with host with fast response time. Minor maintenance issues reported to the host with a positive response. Overall a good stay. »

« This was a great wknd get-away spot for some rest and downtime. I wanted something that felt like I was outside of Kansas City but didn’t want to drive too far. This was perfect. Great part of town: coffee, fun shops, drinks, food, trail to walk/run. Room was very clean and comfortable; updated accommodations. Small fridge and microwave were helpful to have. The host was very responsive! The only down side to my stay was the whistle of train that runs through the town. »

« Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and I love that Angie says to “snoop around” for items for use because I always feel so awkward “snooping around” for kitchen items, linens, etc. in any rental! We have now stayed at this property and another of Angie’s that is in this building and it is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Urban Prairie coffee shop 700 feet away is a must for breakfast and a latte, and Sandhills Brewing next door to that has...
