The room is at the top of a âshopping mallâ (not a very clean one, people are cooking at the floor and smoking). The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
You get one time towels and there was hair from the people who stayed there before.
The location is great if you can find it not easy to find all the signage is in Chinese and very difficult to find. Fortunately I had a Chinese colleague with me who helped without him. I wouldâve had a huge problem. Also if you arrive late then I donât think itâs manned so you get a problem getting in. All the doors have Security code on and itâs very difficult even the taxi drivers donât know where it is.
Isnât MOXY, it is a MOXI, 1letter = big difference
Photos disolventes at Hotels.com for this property do not reflect the reality of the hotel. I agree some hoteles includes some picture of the landmark near by or points of interest but in this case the imagen provided have me a completely inacurate and far bayond reality of the hotel i booked. Even the name of the property gave me the wrong idea of another âchainâ hotel iâve stayed in the past which its name is MOXY (Edinburgh) and the hotel here in dispute decided to be named Shanghai MOXIâŠ
The rest Iâll be quick to the point: Hotel Name isnât displayed anywhere, be prepare to get lost and finally reach the hotel hours after you walk in circles. Even thoâ the staff that welcomed me upon arrival was very friendly that cannot fade away all what Iâve mentioned and sadly my disappointing on my hotel election.
