« Warning!!! Do not book this house. I didn’t notice the high cancelation rate when we booked. We booked and paid in full 2 months prior. Host canceled on me 3 days before check in with no explanation at a high travel time! Host not fully refund me. And then listed the property as available at a higher rate! This was a stressful experience and made our trip so much more expensive, and cost me so much time trying to get a full refund and rebook. »

« The house was very clean, instructions were perfectly lined out, and the location of the house is perfect. Walking to the beach with 2 little ones was so easy, you are right next to the pool, and having the umbrella and chairs made sitting by the beach easy and relaxing for the family. I would book here again in a heart beat! »

« We loved our stay at Sunsail Cottage. The house was plenty big and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was wonderful and our kids enjoyed it thoroughly. There was one issue with the heater but it was remedied immediately. The front porch has a gate which was nice to sit outside and keep our dog corraled and was a favorite spot as well as the back deck/patio. The location is great, a short walk or drive to the beach and so many restaurants/stores. We will definitely return! »

« The property was exactly as advertised. Great views from the main room and master bedroom. The beach was definitely not crowded! We spent just as much time on the balcony watching the dolphins as we did sitting on the beach. We will definitely be returning. »

« This apartment was clean and comfortable! The host provided a snack and water, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and some cooking supplies. If you’re staying for longer and wish to cook your own food, bring bakeware and other cooking supplies (cooking spray, any spices, etc.). The host provides netflix, and you can log into hulu or amazon prime, but no cable just in case you expect it! Overall, the stay was great! The area is nice and so close to the beach!!
