Propriété au bord de l'eau! Bel appartement à quai situé dans le port!

Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir! SituĂ© sur la promenade du port, cet appartement au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage offre des vues qui sont hors de ce monde! Il n'y a littĂ©ralement qu'un seul espace comme celui-ci en ville! Les vues sont incroyables et dĂ©gagĂ©es! Regardez les bateaux entrer et sortir du port de Resurrection Bay. Jetez un coup d'Ɠil par les grandes fenĂȘtres du salon pour regarder les animaux (phoques communs, otaries, loutres de mer, oiseaux,) jouer dehors dans l'eau et attraper les poissons de la station de nettoyage des poissons! Regardez Ă  travers la baie (attention aux baleines qui traversent) dans les montagnes oĂč vous pouvez voir des glaciers et au printemps une avalanche occasionnelle! À travers les fenĂȘtres de la chambre, vous pouvez regarder les randonneurs escalader le cĂ©lĂšbre mont. Marathon! Le 4 juillet, vous pourrez regarder la course allongĂ©e au lit! Cet appartement d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain est vraiment un sur un million et nous sommes impatients de le partager avec vous!

Appartement comprend: un lit queen size, cùble, Internet, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une vue imprenable et une salle de bains (douche).

L'appartement est situĂ© dans l'agitation du port. Il se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© de restaurants, de boutiques de cadeaux, de bureaux de bateaux charter / d'excursions, d'un magasin de crĂšme glacĂ©e et de magasins de vĂȘtements. Il est situĂ© Ă  un mile du centre-ville. Une navette gratuite Seward est disponible autour de la ville. L'arrĂȘt de bus est situĂ© Ă  quelques centaines de mĂštres de la porte.

Cet appartement n'est PAS accessible aux handicapés. Il est situé sur un deuxiÚme étage avec un escalier. Un parking gratuit pour cet appartement est disponible, mais est situé en face de la rue.

Amazing describes the views from this rental. The apartment is immaculately clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Seward. Everything is walking distance. The owner Sarah was most helpful and accommodating. Stellar sea lions fed right in front of our window. A mother even fed her young one. Loved watching the harbor and boardwalk activity. I highly recommend this rental if you stay in Seward.

A location that can't be beat

Directly overlooking the Seward harbour, with spectacular views of the mountains, boats, harbour seals, bald eagles and sea otters frolicking below your windows, you absolutely can't beat the location of this apartment. Clean, well equipped, and hosted by a very communicative and nice host, all the best amenities of Seward are steps away. When in Seward, you can't do better than this apartment.

We loved our stay at Sarah's place conveniently located dockside in the harbor. The apartment had everything and anything we needed. Well appointed and Sarah left excellent instructions and recommendations during and after our stay. We would stay here again should we ever cine back to visit!

Everything about this rental was great! The apartment is comfortable with a fantastic view of the harbor. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was great and easy to communicate with. Loved it!!

A+ Experience!

The apartment is located overlooking the harbor/marina. Very scenic. We enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the fishermen come in and process their catch for waiting customers. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Shops and restaurants are close by as well as gathering points for some tour companies. The property manager was incredibly patient and responded promptly to all our questions.

Great condo with great views!

We stayed in the condo the third week in September. The area was not very crowded and businesses were starting to shut down for the season. The condo is located right in the harbor. The view is incredible. You can see boats and sea life. We enjoyed looking out at the harbor. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and found the condo well stock with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Pictures don't do justice

My husband and I stayed 3 nights before heading on a cruise. The pictures dont come close to how amazing the views really are and how nice the apartment was. Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal of salmon caught right outside with the fishing poles included in the stay. The host was absolutely amazing and helped out in so many ways, starting with helping figure out what was the best choice for us to travel from Anchorage to Seward, letting us check in early and keeping communications going through the whole stay. Wish i could give more stars to the apartment and host.

Great view

Loved being able to see the harbor and all the activity. What you may not realize in the listing is there is no curtains or blinds in the main living area which at first was uncomfortable but then you got used to it and got over it. They were great host and quick to respond. Very convenient to walk around and see the town. Cute place with an amazing view!! Definitely recommend

Stunning location, A+ view, clean, quiet

Even though this rental is right by the waterfront where fishing boats come in, it is very quiet. The view over the water to the mountains is astonishing. The host provided very comfortable furnishings, sheets, towels, and basics in the kitchen. There was even a private parking space offered about a block away. We enjoyed sitting at our back window watching the fishing boats come in and people cleaning their fish. Ducks and otters swam by. What an amazing experience!

Absolutely the most incredible views. Condo was Immaculate. Super convenient location to restaurants and coffee! We could sit all day and watch the boats coming and going. Eagels, harbor seals and sea otters right out the window. I can't say enought about it. Loved every minute even the rainy days!

Great Stay!

We loved this Vrbo! My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We enjoyed going out and hiking during the day, and coming back here in the evening and watching the fisherman and charters process their fish outside our window. The views were amazing and the apartment was very clean. Sarah was helpful and responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend!
