« My whole family loved staying in this home. The location in the woods is great (as long as you have a car) - beautiful views of forest and forest floor out the window, and you cross a beautiful river on the way into the neighborhood. The great room of the house has a beautiful high wood ceiling. The house is tastefully and personally decorated with tons of art and interesting objects (bones, feathers, driftwood) from the homeowner’s travels. « First time to cabin can be confusing with all the “ take a right, take a left” but it’s easy once you’ve driven it a couple times. The cabin was nicely decorated with flowers and goodie’s in the fridge for your enjoyment. Overall it’s a nice quiet cabin just outside of Seward. »

« Super great spot out of the way! An adorable little space perfect for coming back to at the end of a day of hiking/kayaking/fishing. Could be a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage or items you brought. But it was pretty much perfect for me and the pup to stay for a few nights while adventuring the area! « We are so glad we stayed at Renfro’s! It is a great “unplugged” space where we got a lot of quality family time. There are books and games available in the office, as well as kayaks and paddle boats. Our kids really enjoyed exploring at the beach, playing in the cabin loft, and swinging in the hammock. The cabin was comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We would absolutely stay here again! »

"Very good housing concept. Quality house and warm interior. Excellent breakfast and services in the morning with availability of our host, fresh and cooked products, it was really perfect. The only slightly negative point was that the room wasn't very big, and the second bed (in the 3-person room) was in a very small space and inaccessible to the elderly or people with special needs (ladder for access).
