Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic terrace with a private pool. It is centrally located on the pedestrian calle Ciriaco Esteban, near Plaza de la Magdalena, just 5-10 minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 4+2 guests. Before booking, please note:

1- It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors.
2- Do not use the pool from 22:00 pm to 9:00 am, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night.
3- No reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.

Detailed description:
The apartment is distributed over 2 levels. With 70sqm inside + 64sqm of outdoor space.

The kitchen is immediately to the right of the entrance. It is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven, washing machine and dishwasher included. Kitchen table with 4 bar stools and TV.

A passageway leads to the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds placed together (0,80 x 2,00m) and bedroom 2 a double bed (1,50 x 1,90m). There is a bathroom with shower, between both rooms.

On the upper floor is the living room with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The sofa can be converted into a double bed, completing the apartment capacity for up to 6.

There is a second bathroom available with shower, inside the living area.

Sliding doors give direct access onto the charming private terrace and pool. Pool measures: length 4,50m, width 3,50m, depth 1,20m. The terrace has been decorated and equipped with canopy, deck chairs, table and chairs.

The apartment is on the second / third floors of a residential building, with elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.

INNER STAIRS
The spiral stairs to the upper floor are not suitable for elderly or people with reduced mobility.

LATE CHECK-IN
Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival)

We recommend the public parking Magdalena, located just 100m from the apartment.
