« This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage. Only “complaint” would be the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you were in the bathroom while someone was sleeping the whole room was bright from the bathroom light. The room itself had blackout curtains though which was nice. »

« Surestay Pigeon Forge was our first time there. We visit Gatlingburg annually every year for six years now and decided Surestay at the last minute. It obviously has been renovated recently and job well done. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to shopping, eateries and entertainment. Thanks for the great stay. John & Robin. »

« We arrived late at night. Staff was super nice and helpful. Locked myself out of the room once. No problem. Got another key from the front desk right away. Room was clean. Got to park right in front of my room. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely would stay here again. »
