Close to the adventure yet tucked away from the bustle, Second Fiddle is a welcoming place to enjoy a slower pace in the Smokies. Parking is ample for trucks, trailers, and 5+ vehicles.



The Space:

Second Fiddle Is perfect for those longing to be enveloped by the calming feel of fall and winter - with gorgeous foliage all around, and leaves about to fall, enjoy a hot cup of cider while relishing the aroma of fall leaves or winter winds from the multiple outdoor areas before snuggling up in front of one of two real wood fireplaces.

If you long to be surrounded by the woods, but within close proximity to dining and fun - this is the place for you.



The space



Inside, you'll see warm wood finishes, soaring ceilings, large windows, and a stone fireplace which create the calm mountain atmosphere you came for. The open living, dining, and kitchen area gives everyone room to be together—whether you're cooking breakfast before a day in the national park or settling in for an unhurried evening at home; this cabin is a place to gather.



Outdoor Space:

After a day at Dollywood, hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, or exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, come home and slow things down.

Step onto the multi-level decks, breathe in the mountain air, and settle into the private hot tub as evening falls. On cooler nights, gather around fireplace and enjoy having nowhere else to be.

A little friendly competition

Downstairs, the game room gives kids—and grown-ups—room to play. Challenge each other to air hockey or foosball, revisit a favorite arcade game, or spread out for an old-fashioned family game night.

A second living area downstairs also gives larger families and groups a little extra room to relax without feeling crowded.

Second Fiddle is tucked into Sky Harbor and offers a peaceful Smoky Mountain setting without putting you far from the area's favorite attractions.

You'll be surrounded by mature trees, well maintained paved mountain roads, and the quiet feel of a true cabin getaway. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions are all within easy reach—so you can spend the day exploring and come home to a calmer pace.

One of the things we love most about this location is the balance: close to the fun, but removed from the busiest tourist areas. Roads into Sky Harbor are paved but winding and mountainous.

Because you're staying in a natural mountain environment, wildlife is part of the experience. Black bears and other animals may occasionally be seen nearby. Please keep food, trash, and scented items secured and follow all wildlife guidelines during your stay.

Second Fiddle makes an easy home base for exploring some of the Smokies’ best-loved attractions.

Spend the day riding coasters and catching a show at Dollywood, wander the shops and restaurants in Pigeon Forge, or head into Gatlinburg for an afternoon along the Parkway. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is also within easy reach for hiking, scenic drives, waterfalls, wildlife, and quiet time in the mountains.

Other nearby favorites include The Island in Pigeon Forge, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ober Mountain, the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster, Titanic Museum, WonderWorks, and Soaky Mountain Waterpark.

🅿️Parking: The paved driveway accommodates approximately 5 vehicles. Trucks, a trailer, and motorcycles are WELCOME!



📹 Exterior Security Camera: For safety and property security, an exterior surveillance camera is positioned at the driveway area.



🐻 Wildlife in the Area: The Smoky Mountains are home to black bears and other wildlife. To help keep both guests and wildlife safe, please do not leave food, garbage, or scented items outside or unattended. Properly secure all trash and follow the property's wildlife guidelines. Never feed bears. Lock doors to vehicles and the cabin.



Non disclosed guests or pets will be charged at $250 per violation.

Evidence of smoking of any kind including cigarettes, marijuana, vaping or other will result in a $500 charge. Smoking is permissible outdoors only and MUST be disposed of responsibly.
