    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. I would recommend this cabin. The downside would be if you can't drive up steep hills, this wouldn't be for you. My husband is a professional OTR driver, so it was not a big deal for us. The communication with Elk Springs was fabulous from check in to check out.

A cute cabin, a beautiful view, hard bed

The only complaints I have were the driveway up to the cabin or coming down from it was hard to tell if anyone else was coming or going in the other two cabins, and if someone was coming up, it forced the person coming down to back up a very steep hill. Complaint two was the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Last complaint was there was only one roll of toilet paper, as a person with Crohn’s it would have been nice to know I would have to supply my own.
