We’re thrilled to welcome you to our newest cabin, Chapel Ridge at the Preserve! With years of experience hosting guests in the Smokies and over 2,000+ 5-star reviews across our properties, we’re committed to providing an exceptional stay. While this is a new account for properties we manage on behalf of friends and family, rest assured that your experience will be nothing short of spectacular.

The open-concept living area is designed to bring everyone together, while still offering private spaces for quiet time. Cozy sofas and chairs surround a glowing fireplace, a large TV invites movie nights, and tasteful modern-rustic décor makes the cabin feel warm and welcoming. With room for 20 guests across multiple levels, there’s plenty of space for grandparents, parents, teens, and little ones to relax without feeling crowded.

The second-floor game room is a hub of laughter and fun, featuring a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and multiple arcade games its perfect for kids, teens, and adults alike. Share stories, play games, or simply unwind together after a day exploring the Smokies.

On the top floor, you’ll find a dedicated private theater room, perfect for movie nights, rainy afternoons, or late-night popcorn-filled gatherings. With comfortable seating and a cinematic setup, it’s a favorite space for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy their favorite films together.

Step outside to four spacious decks, each offering seating, serenity, and panoramic mountain views. The bottom-level deck is a family favorite, featuring a private hot tub, where everyone can unwind, soak, and watch the stars come out. Kids will love the space to play, adults will love the peace and views, and everyone will love the memories made together.

Adjacent to the kitchen, two large dining tables offer ample seating so everyone can dine together, celebrating the day, sharing stories, or playing late‑night card games. A kitchen bar with three extra seats adds flexibility and casual charm, perfect for coffee, wine, or late‑night snacks.

OUTDOOR AREAS AND DECKS-
Step outside and take a deep breath of fresh mountain air. Four spacious decks, each offering seating, serenity, and awe‑inspiring panoramic views of the Smokies. • We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, a bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip.

• Less than 14 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 17 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country!
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
