Welcome to our cozy cabin where you can unwind and revel in the serene beauty of nature. Our property boasts a covered back porch with a swing, rocking chairs, and a rejuvenating hot tub, all overlooking a pond- perfect for fishing, so don't forget your fishing gear. The Great Room offers an array of amenities that make it your ideal home away from home. Relax on the couch after a day of adventures, bask in the warm glow of the gas fireplace, and access the WI-FI powering the smart TVs allowing you to catch up on your favorite shows or movies. The Great Room provides seamless access to the kitchen and dining areas, creating the perfect hub for relaxation.

While not exploring the local dining scene, our kitchen is stocked with a variety of pots/pans and cooking utensils, ensuring you have the tools you need to craft meals.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed (12" memory foam), laundry, smart tv, and ensuite. The ensuite bathroom is spacious, boasting a large, jetted tub and a separate shower. The second bathroom (not heated) is more modest in size, but offers all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

Our, As Seen on Shark Tank, convertible bean bag is designed for both comfort and practicality. During the day, it serves as a cozy seating area to relax, watch TV, or read. In the evening, it effortlessly converts into a queen-size bed.

Looking to find your inner zen? Step out to the enclosed porch, back deck or dock and practice yoga amidst the tranquil sounds of nature. The fresh air and trees create the perfect backdrop for your sessions.

Bear/Bug Awareness:
The majestic bears of the region also call this place home. While it's an incredible opportunity to witness them from a distance, it's crucial to practice bear safety. Be sure to store all food securely in bearproof containers and avoid leaving any food scraps or waste outside for these natural foragers.
With our location deep in nature, it's essential to be aware of the presence of bugs. You may encounter various insects, such as mosquitoes, spiders, or other critters during your stay. While we do our best to minimize their presence in the cabin, it's wise to bring your bug repellent and be prepared for these natural residents.

Private driveway allows for 2 vehicles max, but 1 vehicle is recommended for ease of entering/exiting.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
✦There is no closet access: However, there is a dedicated space to hang clothes, a small dresser and luggage under 10" can fit under the bed.
✦The gas fireplace is operational from October 1 - March 31.
✦In the case of inclement weather or power/internet outages, refunds will not be granted as they are out of our control. Travel uncertainties can occur, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
✦It is highly recommended that you have 4-wheel drive as some of the roads and our driveway do not accommodate low-riding vehicles. For those who find their vehicles are not suited for the Smoky Mountain terrain, refunds will not be issued.
✦There are exterior security cameras installed for the safety of both the guests and the property. Tampering with the cameras, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds for early termination of reservation without a refund. There are no interior cameras or hot tub facing cameras.
✦Starter items are provided: toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap/hand soap. However, shampoo/conditioner and body wash are not provided.
✦Pollen is a common occurrence (particularly in spring) and can accumulate quickly on outdoor surfaces such as the back porch, screened porch, stairs, deck, and dock. While we do our best to keep these areas clean, some buildup may occur between cleanings. We appreciate your understanding, and refunds will not be issued due to pollen.
