You will be less than 1.5 miles away from Dollywood and Splash Country and add only a few more minutes to find yourself at the heart of Pigeon Forge for all your dining experiences, attractions, and shopping. It’s EASY to get wherever you want to go when staying at Incredible Escape.

INCREDIBLE SPACE for you and your whole family to make lasting memories in the Smoky Mountains. The main level boasts a fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The large formal dining area has seating for ten as well as two additional chairs at the counter. Head to the living room to kick back and relax in the reclining, leather furniture pieces next to a cozy electric fireplace. While you unwind from your days exploring the Smokies, you can turn on the 60 inch HDTV. You’ll find something for the whole family to enjoy with the provided satellite service (a sports package, Starz/Encore, HD programming included), Blu-Ray DVD, and surround sound system. Prominent features in the living room are the beautiful cathedral ceiling and the large picture windows. There is a half bathroom located off the living room and includes a stack washer and dryer. The master bedroom includes a king bed, 32 inch HDTV with satellite and DVD player, dresser, a jetted tub for two and an adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower. Doors from the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the full length deck where you can relax in one of the deck rockers, enjoy coffee at the patio table or swing in style on the log swing as the breeze of the Smoky Mountains swirls around you.

As you make your way to the lower level, you’ll find three bedrooms and a massive game room. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with classic, king beds, 32 inch HDTVs with DVD players and dressers. While the third bedroom is made for the kiddos with a bunk bed (twin top and full bottom), a twin bed, a 32 inch HDTV with DVD player and a crib. Unpack and stay a while, each bedroom has roomy closets for your added convenience. The downstairs layout also includes two full size shared bathrooms adjoining the game room, each having a tub and shower.

There is much fun to be had in the oversized game room! This dream space includes a pool table, table-top shuffleboard, stereo with 5-CD changer, a wall selection of books and DVD movies for your browsing pleasure, board games and a seating area with your very own home theater system. Here you can curl up on the sleeper sofa and watch a movie on the 47 inch HDTV with 3D DVD player, surround sound and satellite service including a sports package, Starz/Encore and HD programming. The good times continue as you step out onto the lower deck for a game of Foosball or to enjoy the private, circular hot tub.

Rental agreement is considered accepted upon a paid reservation. Guest will receive a copy of the rental agreement after confirmation of booking.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON! This includes adverse weather conditions, acts of God, mechanical failures at the cabin or the resort, any health/personal reasons, any events outside of our control such as disease or government actions, no shows or shortened stays. We encourage you to purchase a travel's insurance.
