Mountain roads throughout the Smokies can have sharp turns, blind hills, and narrow passing. A vehicle with 4WD is recommended in rain and snow.

We provide a starter of K cups, coffee flavor, a variety of teas, sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, 1 full roll of paper towel, liquid dish and hand soap, and a brand new sponge for your convenience.

We provide a starter of 2 full toilet paper rolls, liquid hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which includes a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple platform called Happy Guest. It is NOT an app, and you do NOT have to sign up for an account- it’s a free, safe, and secure website. It also serves as our guest portal- containing check-in details, house manual, and maps containing all of our favorite local spots!

The master bedroom is located on the main level and provides the perfect retreat for relaxation. It features a comfortable king-sized bed, a 43-inch Roku smart TV for your entertainment, and a dedicated workstation, including desk and chair, if you need to catch up on work during your stay. There is a full-sized closet equipped with extra pillows and blankets. Private access to the back porch area.

The bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor and includes a shower/tub combo, providing both comfort and convenience. In the shower, you will find complementary shampoo and body wash. Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, so you can easily take care of any laundry needs during your stay. We provide 2 laundry detergent pods for your convenience. We start you off with 2 full toilet paper rolls and liquid hand soap is provided.

The kitchen was recently renovated and now boasts sleek granite countertops and a large farmhouse-style sink, offering a modern and functional space for preparing meals. It is fully stocked with all the appliances, cookware, utensils, and cooking basics needed to make a perfect home-cooked meal. We provide a starter of K cups, a variety of teas, sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, 1 full paper towel roll, liquid dish and hand soap, and a new sponge.

↟ LOFT/SECOND BEDROOM ↟

Upstairs, the loft area has been transformed into a fun-filled game room and arcade space. It features two standing arcade games — Street Fighter II and Pac-Man — to provide you with hours of entertainment. Turn on the neon signs and the installed rope lighting to really make it feel like your own personal arcade.

The space also includes a 55-inch Roku smart TV, cozy two-seater couch, and a small table with chairs, perfect for playing games or cards. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin trundle bed that comfortably sleeps two guests, making the loft ideal for both relaxation and fun.

The spacious living room is designed for relaxation. Curl up with your loved ones by the stone-covered gas fireplace on a crisp morning or evening, or watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch Roku smart TV. You can connect to all of your favorite streaming services using Roku guest mode for a cozy night inside. The coffee table is perfect for playing board games or cards, making this space ideal for both relaxation and fun. The couch pulls-out into a sleeper sofa.

The back covered deck is the ultimate relaxation and hang-out spot, designed for unwinding and enjoying the surrounding nature. It features a brand new hot tub, perfect for soaking and relaxing after a day of adventure. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku smart TV mounted above the hot tub. For added comfort, an additional seating area features a bench and two rocking chairs, as well as a table where you can stay up late into the night playing board games with family or friends. The back deck also features an infrared sauna for a rejuvenating experience, helping you reset and relax after a long day.

Our outdoor area features a fire pit, which is accessible off of the deck stairs. The space is complete with new Adirondack chairs, offering ample seating surrounded by glowing string lights. This setup creates the perfect ambiance for fun evenings, whether you're making s’mores, telling stories, or simply enjoying the warmth of the fire with loved ones. An outdoor charcoal grill is located at the top of the driveway, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying a delicious outdoor dinner on the back deck.
