Newly Constructed Luxury Lake Cabin! Breathtaking Lake/Mountains Views, Hot Tub!

Welcome to Lake Escape, our newly constructed Modern Luxury Lake Cabin at Douglas Lake! Our cabin is located at Lake Haven Resort and offers 3-bedrooms, a loft that functions as a 4th bedroom w/media area, and 3 full bathrooms. Lake Haven Resort is Douglas Lake’s newest community space that brings together the perfection of lake and mountain life. Lake Escape at Lake Haven Resort offers beautiful lake views, majestic mountain views, a community beach area with dock, and a picnic common area with panoramic lake and mountain views, along with a short drive to all the action in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Our Lake Cabin features all new appliances, furniture, décor, and can accommodate up to 11 people (6 adults max and 5 children). Guests can also enjoy outdoor living with our 2 spacious decks.

As you step into the entry way, the open concept floor plan will welcome you to the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a rustic kitchen table which can seat up to six to eight guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for your family: Keurig hot or iced coffee/tea bar, Cuisinart coffee pot, along with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets you can think of. For the adults you can step over to the “Cocktail Bar” area to mix up your favorite cocktail, which features a Margaritaville Bahamas Frozen Concoction Maker, and Electric Wine Opener!

The living room which features a 65" Toshiba Smart TV with a JBL sound bar, couch, and 2 chairs for added comfort. Gather around with the family and friends to enjoy a good conversation or your favorite show/movie on Direct TV Stream, Disney +, Hulu, Netflix, or find a new premier movie on MAX! You will also find 2 full baths on this level. Off the living room area, you will find the one of the two porches. As you open the sliding glass doors you can feel the lake breeze and take in the breathtaking lake and mountain views! On this porch you will find 2 rocking chairs to enjoy while taking in the views for pure relaxation, this porch also features a Weber Genesis Gas Grill and a Traeger Pro 575 Smoker/Pellet Grill for epic flavor and endless possibilities, you also may prefer to dine outside while enjoying the majestic views of both the lake and mountains, at our rustic modern outdoor table which features 2 benches.

On the Main level you will find the Master Bedroom, which features a King Bed (sleeps 2 adults or 2 children), 2 nightstands with charging station, and a chest. There is a closet for hanging clothes/storing luggage, in the master closet is where you can find an iron, hand-held clothing steamer, and ironing board. Enjoy a movie on the 55” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Smart TV with Fire TV and Roku! The Master also features a private spacious master bathroom, and a luxurious tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower along with a handheld sprayer! Off the Master is access to the main level deck to enjoy the amazing views.

The additional Guest Bedroom Suite is also found on the Main level which each features a King Bed (sleeps 2 adults or 2 children), 2 nightstands with charging station, and chest. There is a closet for hanging clothes/storing luggage. This bedroom also features a 55” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Smart TV with Fire TV and Roku for guests to enjoy their favorite movies/shows. This suite also features a spacious shared access bathroom with a luxurious tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower along with handheld sprayer! The Guest Bedroom Suite on this level also features their own deck access with a private sliding glass door to enhance and take in the Lake and Mountain Views!

The stairs off the living room will then guide you up to the level that features the Loft. On this level you will find a kid’s sleeping area and an additional living space/movie area. At the top of the stairs, you will first encounter the “kids” sleeping area to the left, which features two twin over twin bunkbeds, which can sleep 1 child/teen per twin bed (no adults). This sleeping area also features a 55” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Smart TV with Fire TV and Roku, for kids to enjoy their favorite movies/shows or bring their own gaming system for easy connection and an amazing gaming experience! Kids can also enjoy the wireless lights above each bunk for reading. This room also features bean bag chairs and Lake/Mountain Views from the window! On this level you will also find the additional living space/movie area which features a 65” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Smart TV with Fire TV and Roku complete with a JBL sound bar where you can relax on an oversized couch and lounge on the swivel/rocker chairs with poufs to put your feet up after a long day of walking around the attractions the area has to offer and cozy up to the electric fireplace with some popcorn and gather around with family and friends to enjoy your favorite show/movie on Direct TV Stream, Disney +, Hulu, Netflix, or find a new premier movie on MAX! There is also, plenty of room to have a family game night with one of the many provided games or on the all new 32" Infinity Game Table, which is the newest way to enjoy all the classic board games, featuring 50+ games!

The stairs off the entry way will guide you down to the lower level that features an additional gaming room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. On the lower level you can find a 7-foot pool table, pub/card table along with a sitting area and a 75” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Smart TV with Fire TV and Roku with a JBL sound bar to play your favorite music. You will also find our rustic 2-player Multicade with 60+ games and a 43” screen. On this level you will also find the laundry room with a full-size front-load washer and dryer. Another Guest Bedroom Suite can also be found on this level featuring a King bed (sleeping 2 adults or 2 children) with a 55” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Smart TV with Fire and Roku to watch your favorite movies/shows. This bedroom also features 2 nightstands with charging station and chest. There is a spacious shared access bathroom on this level with direct access from the bedroom, this bathroom also features a luxurious tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower and handled sprayer. Off this guest bedroom you will have direct access to the lower-level deck to enjoy all it has to offer.

The lower-level deck offers an escape from the days many activities by emerging into the relaxing 6-person hot tub with lounger. On this level also enjoy 2 wicker egg chairs with nesting tables for a mid-day nap or relaxing while reading your favorite book!

Additional Information:
There is ongoing construction throughout the development of Lake Haven Resort, as other cabins and amenities are being built.
The majority of roads are paved, the parts that are still gravel will be paved in the spring.
Douglas Lake is controlled by TVA in which they lower the water levels in the winter and raise water levels back in the spring.
