✨ You’ll have private access to the entire cabin, except the owner’s cabinet, the owner’s closet, and the side utility room.
✨ Self Check-in: Go straight to the cabin and enter using your personalized door code. The code can be entered on the pad located on the front door.
✨ Your unique entry code will be sent to you before your check-in date for a seamless arrival.
✨ Stay connected with Comcast Internet WiFi and enjoy streaming on platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. (Log in with your personal accounts for streaming services.)
✨ Fire Pit: Enjoy the Firepit in the backyard. We do not supply wood for the Fire Pit. Sometimes there is extra wood from prior stays. You are more than welcome to buy firewood locally and leave some if you have extra.

To ensure the safety and security of the property, we’ve equipped the cabin with 3 exterior cameras. These cameras are placed in strategic areas for your peace of mind:
* Ring Camera at the cabin entrance
* Ring Camera on the lower level, facing the rear door
* Ring Camera on the side of the cabin
The cameras only record when motion is detected. While the neighborhood is very safe, this helps us monitor the property for your security.

🏠 Important Information to Know Before You Go 🏠
✨ Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement outlining our house rules, terms, and conditions will be sent to you for review and signature before your arrival. If you'd like to review it before booking, feel free to contact us.

✅ Security Deposit
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($50) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases 7 days after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

❄️ Winter Driving Safety -For those visiting between November through April
⚠️ Mountain Roads: Please be aware that our cabin is located in the mountains. Local roads are curvy, narrow, and steep in places, though well-maintained. We cannot guarantee road conditions and cannot offer refunds due to concerns over heights or road conditions.
⚠️ Winter Travel: During the winter months, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles and/or snow tire chains for safe travel in case of inclement weather. Fresh snow can make roads more challenging to navigate, so please plan accordingly.
⚠️ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your booking in the event that weather makes roads impassable. This way, you’ll have peace of mind should unexpected weather conditions arise.
