Smart TV’S: Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and smart TV's, so byo passwords for Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. just like at home. We do not have cable.

THE SUPPLIES STARTER KIT WE PROVIDE

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is stocked very well with diningware, cookware, and utensils. We also have seasonings, olive oil and vinegar.

For kitchen start up supplies we provide 1 roll of paper towel, 1 dishwasher detergent packet, 1 liquid dish detergent, a fresh sponge, and 2 trash bags per each trash can in the house.

COFFEE/TEA
We have a coffee/tea bar with a 12 cup drip coffee maker (Cuisinart), 12oz french press coffee maker, and kettle for tea.

We provide a starter set of coffee pods, (no ground coffee or filters-BYO), flavored syrups, creamers, hot chocolate packs, tea bags and sugar. If you need/want something specific, please bring your own.

BATHROOM
A complimentary starter set of 1 ea. per full bathroom: hotel size- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, shower gel, soap bar, makeup remover wipes (2), and 1 roll of toilet paper .

LAUNDRY
1 laundry detergent packet + Iron/Ironing Board

However, other toiletries, condiments, zip locks, etc are NOT provided

PLEASE NOTE: You may need bring extra for supplies your trip depending on the length of your stay/number of guests.

- This property has one exterior camera overlooking the driveway area for your safety. No interior view.

LOCATION:
** This cabin is located on a hill that is not very steep and should be easy to access. The road and driveway are 100% paved. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is recommended and may be required during winter months/snowfall.

- There are some other rental cabins on the road, but you will still have privacy and unobstructed views!

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: We Highly Recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected travel related issues as there will be NO REFUNDS for illness, weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- HOT TUB/SAUNA:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub/sauna AT YOUR OWN RISK

WILDLIFE:


- KEEP DOORS CLOSED TO HELP PREVENT UNWANTED VISITORS FROM ENTERING THE CABIN.

** BEARS: Keep in mind that there is a lot of bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin**
- DO NOT FEED BEARS!
- DO NOT PUT TRASH OUTSIDE UNLESS IN OUR BEAR PROOF CONTAINERS

- CRITTERS: You will likely see and hear critters. Remember, this is a cabin in the woods/forest. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

- CHECK OUT: Instructions will be sent the day before checkout and instructions are also listed under “house rules”

Please read below before confirming your booking.
(RENTAL AGREEMENT)
***By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the rental terms set forth in this listing and this document.***

***Cabin rental agreement:
1.)Check-in time is **4pm** and Check-Out time is **10am.** We need the 10am-4pm window to allow time to clean/sanitize the cabin and address anything maintenance related. *Late checkouts/early check-ins will have $50 charge per.

2.)All BOOKING guests must be at least 18+ yrs. of age (except children accompanied by their parents)and present during the entire stay...No exceptions..

3.) 10 people max occupancy including children! If max occupancy is exceeded we will know and have the right cancel your reservation without refund and you will be asked to leave.No more than 10 humans are permitted inside the property at any time.

4.) 4 vehicle max parking. More than 4 vehicles are not permitted. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking in gravel area in front of the cabin. Parking on the street is not permitted. Illegally parked cars may be towed at your expense.

5.) NO REFUNDS for weather related issues,road conditions, power outages beyond my control. Vrbo offers affordable travel insurance when booking

6.)**No pets of any kind! If you bring a pet of any kind inside this cabin there will be a $150 fee charged and you may be asked to leave without refund.

7.)HOT TUB(No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tub at anytime without adult supervision)Remember when using a hottub certain health-risks are associated. Use at your own risk! Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, re-fill and replenish chemicals before your arrival. Therefore, it may be later that evening before it is hot and ready for your enjoyment. (DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER)They can break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub to leave the lid closed so hot tub will stay warm.

8.)Septic system:The septic system is very effective, however it can get clogged if improper materials are flushed.. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime! If it is found d that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system you may be charged for damages up to $1,000. Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet!

9.)Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted

10.)Keep doors closed during your stay to keep bugs/critters out. You are in the mountains.

11.)Please do not throw any food or trash off of the decks.

12)BEARS: There is a very good chance you will see bears near the cabin,do not feed the bears! Also do not leave food in your car,bears can damage you vehicle trying to get to food and we will not be responsible for such damages.

13.)This cabin is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injury, or illness that occurs while on the premises.The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise.

14) Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Our cleaners take time stamped videos before arrival and after every check-in. If do you happen cause any damage, please notify the owner immediately. It is our home. Please treat it as if it were your own.

To help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest follow rules below:
1-Please empty fridge completely .
2-Please discard all BAGGED trash in the outside bear-proof trashcans located in the driveway.
3-Please load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle..Soap is provided .
4-Place all used towels in bathtub
5-Make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked.
6-Please be checked out by 10am.

Failure to comply with all above rules will result in non return of security deposit and possible additional charges.
