Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all of its amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor spaces such as the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, game loft with pool table, decks with hot tub, and everything provided for a comfortable and relaxing visit.



Check yourself in easily with a secure smart lock using your unique door code, which will be sent 24 hours before check-in. The cabin is yours to enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

Pine Peaks is located in Pine Mountain Resort, a peaceful community tucked just minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin sits on a rolling mountain slope, giving you those wide Smoky Mountain views while still keeping you close to all the action. While there are other cabins nearby, the multi-level layout and natural surroundings create a nice sense of privacy. Guests love that it feels like a true mountain escape without losing the easy access to restaurants, attractions, and Dollywood.



As with many cabins in the Smoky Mountains, you may occasionally see ladybugs or other small insects during colder months. This is a normal seasonal occurrence as they seek warmth. The home is regularly maintained and professionally serviced, but in a wooded mountain setting, small insects can still appear from time to time.



Getting Around:

Pine Peaks is located in Pine Mountain Resort, a quiet and scenic community just minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. From Interstate 40, take Exit 407 toward Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, then follow the Parkway toward Pigeon Forge. Once you reach the main strip, you’re only a short drive up into Pine Mountain Resort where the cabin sits on a rolling slope with beautiful mountain views.



All roads leading to the cabin are fully paved, and the driveway is paved but steep, which is common in mountain communities. Once you’re parked, the views and privacy make the climb worth it. A car is recommended for easy access to and from the cabin.

In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.



✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.

For NON-AIRBNB reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.



Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.



• Gas Fireplace:

The fireplace is gas and available for use during the seasonal months of October 1 through March 1.



• Construction in the Area:

There is ongoing construction within the neighborhood. Guests may hear some noise during the day, depending on activity.



• Driveway Reminder:

The driveway is paved but steep, which is common in the Smoky Mountains. Once you’re parked at the top, there’s space for up to three vehicles.
