furnishings, a stone fireplace for chilly evenings, and all the modern

comforts you need—including WiFi to keep you connected. The fully equipped

kitchen makes it easy to prepare homecooked meals, while the open living space

stunning mountain vistas from the bubbling hot tub, share stories around the

outdoor fire pit, or simply unwind on the deck with your morning coffee.

Step into the cozy living room where comfort meets charm. Centered around a

beautiful stone gas fireplace with a mounted TV above, this inviting space is

perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. A wood and leather sleeper

sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress and a rocking chair provide

comfortable seating, while a glass coffee table adds a stylish touch. Large

windows showcase the gorgeous mountain views, filling the room with natural

light, and a door leads directly to the deck for even more opportunities to

enjoy the scenery. The living room seamlessly flows into the kitchen and

dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for family gatherings or

quiet evenings by the fire.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

The kitchen and dining area sit just off the living room, sharing the same

large windows and access to the deck with those gorgeous mountain views. The

fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel and black appliances including

a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee

pot, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to hearty

family dinners. Just steps away, the dining room table comfortably seats six,

creating the perfect place to gather for meals or play board games with a

view. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are

provided.



Game Room:

Located downstairs, the game room is a fun and comfortable spot for both kids

and adults to enjoy. It features a leather sleeper sofa with an upgraded

memory foam mattress and a recliner for lounging. Entertainment options abound

with a massive 75" TV, complete with a video game console with two

controllers, as well as a classic arcade table that adds a nostalgic touch.

Whether you're in the mood for gaming, movie marathons, or just hanging out

Outdoor Spaces:

The outdoor spaces at this cabin are designed to take full advantage of the

stunning mountain views. On the upper deck, you'll find two poly material

gliders with a table, a metal rocking chair built for two, and a bench,

perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a peaceful evening. The

lower deck offers even more relaxation with a bubbling hot tub, four classic

wood rocking chairs with two small tables, and another bench. From here,

stairs lead down to the outdoor fire pit area, where four chairs surround the

fire, creating the perfect spot to gather under the stars. Every space is

positioned to showcase the breathtaking scenery, giving you endless

opportunities to enjoy the Smoky Mountains.



Location/ Roads/ Parking:

This cabin is easy to access by vehicle up a curvy mountain road. There is

level parking for up to two vehicles. You will find a Dollar General, Kroger,

or Food City nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes to

Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you're

just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner

time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-

cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check

in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,

and New Years Day.



Check-In:

There is NO check-in office, so you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code we will

resend it a week before your stay.

Vacay Protection:

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to

the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional,

will be charged to the credit card on file).

24hr On-Call Maintenance: if you need assistance while at the property, give

us a call and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
