Alpine Splash features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with King size beds and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 20 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room with arcades and board games, private indoor theater with 85" TV and Sonos surround system, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with mountain views and a private fire table with rocking chair seating near the hot tub.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. (Please note that this offer excludes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve/Day)

The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction. Construction is mostly complete around this particular property but is not 100% complete.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding owners closets.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located just 1 mile from The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It's within the brand new Smith Creek Reserve luxury resort. The roads leading to this cabin are easy driving with no steep inclines nor sharp turns.

Other Things to Note:
The community amenity park is now open and available to the guest at no additional charge and it is included free with your stay.

Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.

Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
