★ INDOOR HEATED POOL: Swim year-round in your private heated pool, kept at a comfortable 84 degrees, surrounded by a stunning Smoky Mountain mural created by a talented local artist—bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside.

★ HOT TUB: Hot Tub seats up to 5 people. Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. Depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

★ THEATER ROOM: Kick back in the redesigned theater room featuring cozy recliners, bold pop art, and a massive 100" TV—perfect for movie nights.

★ KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with appliances like a blender, instant pot, Keurig (coffee not provided), toaster, cookie sheets, plus all the cups, plates, and utensils you need for a perfect home-cooked meal.

★ LIVING ROOM: Large open living room with a Chaise lounge, electric fireplace, and a 55" TV. This is a perfect place for movie night for the entire family.

★ KID FRIENDLY: Highchair, Pack and play, Kids utensils, plates, and cups.

★ PERSONAL SUPPLIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and a blowdryer in each bathroom. We provide a starter pack of the following items: Toilet paper (2 per bathroom), paper towels (1).

★ SECURITY CAMERA: We have a ring spotlight camera at the front of the house that is on for your protection.

★ PETS - We are dog friendly & allow up to 2 DOGS (NO CATS) with a required non-refundable pet fee of $150. There is a small grass area out front of the cabin to take your dogs out at. Please let us know if you intend to bring a dog and add it to the reservation beforehand.

★ NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed under any circumstances. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will resort in a $250 fine and loss of security deposit + any additional damages incurred.

★ INDOOR POOL: Children and minors must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult from their party. Please use the pool responsibly and at your own risk. The indoor pool is 5 feet deep—no diving is allowed to ensure everyone’s safety. The temperature is set at 82°F and the size is 12'x14', providing a comfortable warmth for swimming, but it will not feel like a hot tub. For safety reasons, alcohol, glassware, and any oils, soaps, bath salts, or bath bombs are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Guests violating this policy will incur a $250 fine plus any associated repair and maintenance costs.

★ HOT TUB: The hot tub is reserved for guests aged 18 and above. Kindly avoid sitting or standing on the hot tub cover. Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No oils, soap, bath salt, or bath bombs in hot tub. Guests will incur a fine of $250 plus any costs related to repair and maintenance.

★ BUGS INSIDE HOME: This is a brand new cabin, but you are still in nature and at times may encounter bugs. Pest control comes out monthly for maintenance, but there are no perfect solutions, especially during lady bug season! Please make sure all doors and windows are closed when not in use.

★ BEARS IN AREA: Please be aware that we are located in a bear-prone area. For your safety, we kindly ask that you do not leave any food in your car. Bears have a strong sense of smell and may be attracted to the food, which could result in damage to your vehicle. Leave all trash bins inside of garage.

★ QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Our cabin is located in the back of a very nice residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors and absolutely NO PARTIES. Violations of this rule will result in a $250 fine and immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

★ PARKING: Cabin has private parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

★ CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to allow them the time they need to ensure the house is clean, sanitized, and ready to go for the next guest. If the house is available earlier, we will gladly accommodate an early check in.

★ MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings.

★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This cabin is licensed and insured for a maximum of 14 people, children included.

★ UTILITY DISRUPTIONS & WEATHER: Electricity, internet, and/or cable services may get interrupted during storms and other issues beyond our control. These disruptions are rare and services usually resume after a couple of hours. We cannot offer refunds for outages, weather conditions, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond our control.

★ NO FIRES: Fires of any kind, including candles, are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized fires will result in a loss of security deposit, plus any resulting damages.
