If you really want to connect with the history of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it starts with a farmhouse like GREEN ACRES. Most folks think about log cabins when it comes to the Smoky Mountains, but the truth is this area has been farming land since the very first settlers, and it's the families of those original settlers who built this place up into the vacation destination that it is.

PET FRIENDLY!!! With such a nice, big yard for playing fetch and exploring, it only seemed right to make Green Acres a pet friendly vacation home, so pack up the fur babies and head to the farm y'all, the Smokies are calling!

● Bedroom 3 offers two twin beds and has plenty of space for the kiddos (of all ages) to spread out and unpack. We make sure to say "all ages" because these twin beds are comfortable for us adults too!

PLEASE NOTE:
● No smoking allowed inside this cabin OR garage. Use ashtrays or ash buckets on the porches and DO NOT litter.
● Somewhat steep and winding mountain roads to the home. May require 4wd in winter.
● Do not feed the bears or wildlife.
● This home welcomes your dogs, but please register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Pet Policies overview: 2 dog limit, 60 lbs per dog, not allowed on furniture, must be crated if left at the cabin. Guests are financially responsible for damages, and/or extra cleaning needed as a result of dogs, ESAs, or service animals.
● As seen in the pictures, there is a fence around this property because this is active farmland. The fence closest to the home is made of barbed wire, and the fence closest to the pasture, on the other side of the barbed fence, is an electric fence, so for your safety we advise that you do not touch or climb the fences.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.

GUESTS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN:
