With 3 spacious bedrooms featuring 4 queen beds and 3 full bathrooms, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay.
Spend your mornings relaxing in the sunroom with a cup of coffee, afternoons exploring the Smokies, and evenings gathering around the fireplace or soaking in the private hot tub after a long day of adventure. The wraparound deck offers a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the mountain setting, while the jacuzzi tub adds an extra touch of relaxation.
Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen ready for family meals, free WiFi to keep everyone connected, and an air hockey table perfect for friendly competition and rainy-day fun.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM EST. Check-out time is 11:00 AM EST.
SMOKING POLICY
This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. If you need to smoke, please do so on the deck. If this rule is broken and remediation is required, there will be a $250.00 charge to the guest.
PET POLICY
This is NOT a pet friendly cabin and pets are not permitted on the property. If this policy is not followed and additional cleaning or remediation is required, a $250.00 charge will be assessed to the guest.
AGE REQUIREMENT
We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
PAYMENT TERMS
Reservations made more than thirty (30) days prior to check-in require 50% payment at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to the card on file. Payments must be made by credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of arrival will forfeit the full advance payment. No refunds will be given for early departures.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Monthly renters must cancel at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Changes resulting in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY / MINIMUM STAY
Maximum occupancy is limited to eight (8) guests. This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a reservation is made for less than two nights, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES
Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included. Guests are asked to place dishes in the dishwasher and take all trash to the dumpster upon departure. Additional charges may apply if checkout procedures are not followed.
RATE CHANGES
Rates are subject to change without notice prior to booking.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS
Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of all payments and the guest will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS
Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance.
STATE OF EMERGENCY / WEATHER POLICY
No refunds will be issued unless the National Weather Service declares a mandatory state of emergency affecting either the guest’s area of residence or the cabin location.

If a state of emergency is declared, refunds will apply as follows:
a. Any unused portion of rent for guests currently staying;
b. Any unused portion of rent for guests scheduled to arrive who choose to shorten or delay their stay;
c. Any advance payments for reservations scheduled during the declared emergency period.
