Enjoy both the indoors and outdoors at this newly upgraded and themed cabin. Gather inside in the theater room with tiered theater seating and watch a movie on the big screen. Your group will love to gather for s'mores outside around your wood burning fire pit, Finish the evening with a drink at Gentleman Jack's bar and then a soak in the 101 degree hot tub in the enclosed screened in porch with Edison string lights.

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances to prepare in cabin meals. Retire to one of suites, one King and Queen, each with it's own jacuzzi tub and full bath. The kids will love the bunks and arcade game in the bunk bedroom. The adults can gather and shoot a game of pool in the bar area. 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa in the theater room.

Located close and yet equal distance to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge the cabin is conveniently located. The cabin includes a gas grill, washer/dryer and free wireless internet.

*** Gentleman Jack's is located in Sky Harbor about 7 minutes from Elk Springs Resort main property and is conveniently located about 10 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg, 10 Minutes to Pigeon Forge and 10 Minutes to Dollywood. There is easy access to this cabin during peak travel as it's off highway 321 in Gatlinburg.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. My only feedback is there was a water pressure issue where we could only use 1 shower at a time. Management should look into that. The view is peaceful and quiet, though not super private as there is another cabin next door. If you use the fire pit, bring your own dry fire wood and starter sticks. Nonetheless I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s a wonderful place! We loved it.

The cabin was clean, the kitchen was stocked with all things, the location was perfect. We love staying in Sky Harbor. We had a few issues and they sent someone up to take care of them. The kids loved all the things the cabin had to offer. We had 4 kids 19,18,16,16. Love how it is in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We were blown away with how much space there was and how much there was to do. The hot tub was our favorite part of the cabin especially with the tv right there. The cabin was perfectly clean and the location of it is perfect. You feel far away from everything but you are still very close to everything. We plan to come back to this cabin next year and recommend it to everyone!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Cleanliness was good overall, keep in mind it’s a cabin with hardwood floors in the mountains—if you wear white socks or go barefoot, you will end up with dirty feet. There were a couple small issues that were addressed with the resort company, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. Location was also ideal, well away from the tourist areas (which is what we were looking for) and untouched by any fires from recent years. Please note-the air hockey table in the photos was no longer there and had been replaced with a foosball table. My youngest was bummed about that, but quickly got over it after a couple games of foosball...so you may want to verify if that’s a deal breaker for you...

The fire pit area is a bit unlevel and difficult to traverse. The theater system was a bit antiquated but the resort quickly responded to our request for help with it. The coffee pot is drip only; no pods. The can opener needs to be replaced and if you need a mixer, you will need to bring one with you. Otherwise, the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Beds were comfy. The location is great; just 15 or so minutes to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We also like that there are no steps to enter the property and a bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for anyone that may find steps difficult. We also enjoyed the pool table.We would stay again when in the area.

Maintenance had to come out 3 separate times and we followed the directions to a T. The maintenance man said that this is a constant issue for many of the cabins. Why not update to a roku? The living room tv was above the fireplace so the screen was tinted blue. When we already had limited time to spend in the cabin, it was frustrating waiting hours for maintenance to arrive and no manager to speak with. If you don't care about the theater room or tv's, then you will absolutely love it!! Still waiting on a call from the manager....

It's a pretty nice place for a family getaway. A few issues though- if you want to play pool, the room is actually to small for the size table they have. There are short sticks but you better be a contortionist. Wrong size coffee filters provided for the machine made for some chewy coffee. Could use a deeper cleaning in places. We lost power for a few hours and it was problematic but that wasn't the fault of the owners. Also, there should be chairs on the lovely back porch- we had to move stools outside. Location is nice and quiet if not a little treacherous to get to. Watch for bears! We had one turn up in the driveway! 3.5 Stars - based on the price it should've been 100% IMO.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was delayed and when mentioned we were told to expect a delay since it was stated when booking. No accommodations or discount was offered for the inconvenience. We had to call maintenance as we had to lights in the bathroom. Tubs and toilets were dirty, screens on doors were torn, no extra blankets left for pull out couch, pictures of fire pit area very misleading. We had a group of 8 and there was not enough room to seat all of us in the family room. The furniture that was there was crammed in the family room making it difficult to walk around. Dishes were dirty. No baking sheets available; only pots and pans. Silverware set of only 5 available.

Nice Cabin but Issues with Cleanness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful, the baths in the bedrooms was very nice, and the kids enjoyed the games. The management was professional and came promptly to fix an issue with bathroom lights, that occurred mid stay. However,there were hygiene and cleanness issues. Towels were old and have hair. There was only one toilet paper in each bathroom which was not enough for a big family.The carpet has spots and needs cleaning. We couldn't use the outside area because it was so dirty. It looks like no body has cleaned it for a year. There were spider webs. In addition, there were only one trash bag provided for 6 nights. They should take into consideration the number of nights someone has booked. The air conditioning was not the same for each floor despite us changing the temp.The basement was cold, main floor was normal, and the top was hot. I would also advise the management to add drawers because the closets were extremely small and not suitable for a family who's staying for more than a few days.

Not as expected, cabin was a let down.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, however cabin was filthy and since it was open for 3 days prior (Elk Springs kept sending check in early deals, your cabin is open) we would have assumed it would be cleaned properly. There was Christmas trash left from gift exchanges in couches, under couch, beds with dirty sheets, someone’s medicine bottle full under one bed and dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes. The hot tub room issues like TV doesn’t work out there, hot tub was half empty arriving, jets didn’t work on half the spa. We had to call maintenance 4x for issues. There’s no way to push heat in the basement bedroom or theater room so it left it to cold to sleep down there a few nights for teens. We were told it was poor planing, vents where placed wrong and just close off all vents in house to push some heat down. The dryer would not dry clothes, we’d run three 90 min dryer cycles and clothes were still damp smelling musty from never drying. So wet clothes over the railing for drying, great vacation eh? Again we were told it would be replaced before we left, guy came tore it all apart and tried multiple times on dryer. We were told there’s a nice laundromat down the road! Cabin was in a great location, 15 min to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. But would I stay there again definitely not. We’ve booked with Elk Springs in the past (2015) and they were a little better but don’t believe we’ll be booking with them again.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Gentleman Jack's for 3 days and encountered several issues during our stay.When we arrived we were given the wrong door code. Not a big deal, we called maintenance and they were able to help.Major issues:1. Ants were a significant problem throughout the property. They were present on every level, and we could not walk around without shoes. On one occasion, I even had ants falling on me while I was asleep. We saw a lot of spiders too, we understand this is the woods. These ants were large and were in showers, floors and ceilings.2. **Theater System**: The theater system did not support newer DVDs, which was disappointing and there was no other options to download movies. This was a significant reason we booked this cabin so not having that information up front was misleading. Additionally, we noticed a DVD missing from the collection ("Talladega Nights"), though we did not check the others.3. **Shower Heads**: The shower heads provided minimal water pressure, and the showers were dirty. Mildew in drains and showerheads, this made it difficult to shower comfortably.4. **Power Outage**: On our last day and night, there was a power outage. Maintenance was unable to resolve the issue, there were no flashlights or ways to have light. This left us hot, in the dark and uncomfortable.While the amenities at this cabin are great, they were overshadowed with the bugs and lacking quality. This hindered our stay pretty significantly.
