Convenient location
The cabin is in a great location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin does not have the foosball table as pictured and listed. The upstairs mattresses are quite uncomfortable, could definitely use updating. Also, one of the twin mistresses had multiple metal springs poking though that could cause an injury. The shower is very small and dark, no light overhead. There were not enough towels for a family of four to shower and use the hot tub without having to do laundry. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, and small bars of soap. There is a fireplace but you will have to buy firewood and anything needed to light the fire, nothing is provided. The outside of the windows were quite dirty and we did unfortunately find a roach in the upstairs bathtub. Overall I would not choose this cabin again, unfortunately. The location is great, the furniture seems very used and not comfortable and the cabin just didn’t feel clean. Most other cabins I’ve rented have extras such as salt and pepper or other small things needed to cook. There is no ice maker either, you will need to buy a bag of ice, as well as water. There was also a handyman still working on something when we’re arrived two hours after check in time, very nice person but disappointing to not feel like everything was ready.
