25 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Dollywood Theme Park.
The space
LIVING ROOM: TV, fireplace, board games, Pac-Man, record player.

KITCHEN: All new cookware, 4 seat dining table, Nespresso, complimentary Nespresso pods, toaster.

BATHROOM: Tub/shower, new washer and dryer.

BACK PORCH: New hot tub, towels, seating, and a great view!

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: 1 king bed, daybed and trundle.

PARKING: 2 cars can fit in our driveway. The road leading up to our cabin has a big hill — as well as our driveway which can be daunting the first time! 4x4 are recommended, but not necessary!
Other things to note
BOOKING: The exact address will be provided after your booking is confirmed. If this is your first time in the Sevierville area, we do recommend you arrive for the first time during daylight hours to get used to the mountain roads. We also recommend a 4x4 or AWD if it snows or there is any inclement winter weather. While a car won’t have any trouble getting up and down the hill our home sits on or the mountain roads, we highly suggest a 4x4 or AWD for better driving in the mountain areas.

SMOKING: There is absolutely NO smoking in the house. Please remember that you are in a wooded area close to a National Park and fire is a real threat here.
