▶ WINDOWS & DOORS: To help prevent insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is running may result in a fee of up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the thermostat between 72–83°F.
▶ CLEANING: This is a privately owned home and daily maid service is not provided. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after check-out.
▶ GUESTS: Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
▶ PETS: We welcome small to medium-sized pets (20–50 lbs, 15–20 inches tall). A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay, applies if noted at booking. Pets outside this size range, or not declared, may incur a $250 fine. These guidelines help us maintain the home and keep it comfortable for everyone.
▶ NO PARTIES / NOISE: Parties are not permitted. Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in termination of your stay without refund.
▶ NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and termination of your stay without refund.
▶ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is from 4:00 PM onward. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour after 11:00 AM.
▶ AMENITIES AT CHECK-IN: Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Please note these are starter supplies only and are not replenished during your stay.
▶ FURNITURE: Moving furniture within the home is not permitted. Violations may result in a $250 fee.
▶ TRASH: A bear-safe bin with two large containers is located at the front of the house. There is no trash service in the area; cleaners will remove normal amounts of trash during turnover. If you generate more trash than fits in the containers, you are responsible for taking the excess to a county collection site.
▶ PLUMBING: Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, feminine products, or trash down the toilet. Only toilet paper should be flushed. Damage caused by improper disposal may result in charges.
