This home offers two large sitting areas, 3 suites with outside entry only, 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms in the main house, two sizeable eat-in dining rooms, a sun room, a game room with a kitchenette and access to the indoor pool, a lovely pond in the looped driveway, a 7 person hot tub, and a beautiful gazebo to enjoy libations with the views of the fireflies in the front yard in the evening. Relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the sounds to nature.

The great room on the main entry level has a 55-inch 4K TV and 2 separate seating areas, plenty of room for your entire group to come together and relax in front of the fireplace in the great room. The main level also includes the game room equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game, and a seating area with large flat screen TV, poker table for the gentlemen, kitchenette, and access to the indoor swimming pool and a luxurious king suite with a spacious private bath, dressing area, elegant claw foot bathtub, and large walk-in shower complete with his and her walk-in closets and a lounge area as well as an en suite bedroom with two sets of Twin Over Full bunk beds.

Just off the great room are a formal dining room and a casual dining room with a breakfast nook. Walk into the large kitchen with marble flooring, double ovens, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, a refrigerator, and a professional gourmet stove top with an interchangeable grill and griddle to meet all your party culinary needs. The vast island with bar stools in the kitchen area supplies plenty of counter space and additional seats for dining. The main level also offers two fully equipped laundry rooms.
Up one flight of stairs up, you will find 4 separate master suites.
The Romantic Rose Garden Suite is a luxurious suite with one king bed, Roku smart TV private bath, with a Jacuzzi tub.
The Garden View Suite has a queen bed, Roku smart TV, and a private bath with a large garden Jacuzzi tub overlooking the backyard gardens.
The Hillside Vista Suite is a Lovely room with a terrace view of the countryside: one King bed, luxury linens, and a private bath with shower.
The Mountain View Suite views the Tennessee mountain foothills and countryside. Complete with a lush king bed and private bath with shower.

Walk through the gardens to the beautiful, octagonal Ivy Suite. Enjoy a private bath with a beautiful stand-up shower, king bed, mini refrigerator, and microwave. It is located on the first floor with a private entrance and a view of the Smoky Mountains foothills.

The garage is the cozy Country Cottage Suite with two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed, and the other has a twin bed, a twin, and a full bunk bed. The sitting room includes a queen pull-out sofa sleeper with a full kitchen, living and dining room, washer and dryer, and full bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Perfect for a family with children who would like their own space but ‎nearby.

The first-floor Courtyard Sunflower Suite, detached from the main house with a comfortable king bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, and a Jacuzzi garden tub. This suite can be Special Needs Accessible.
