Sleeping up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat is designed for unforgettable group getaways, featuring breathtaking mountain views, an incredible custom cave-style indoor saltwater pool, a private home theater, game room, hot tub, and high-speed Wi-Fi. With parking for up to five vehicles and easy entry, you`ll have everything you need for a relaxing Smoky Mountain escape.

Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room with soaring windows that frame the mountain scenery. Four king suites each feature a private en-suite bathroom, while the lower level offers a fun bunk room with six built-in twin beds that`s perfect for kids. Spend your days enjoying shuffleboard and arcade games, watching movies in the theater room, or splashing in the one-of-a-kind grotto-style indoor pool before unwinding in the outdoor hot tub or gathering around the fire pit as the sun sets over the mountains.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* The indoor pool temperature is set to between 80-84 degrees.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/decks. There is also a strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
