Bienvenue dans votre retraite Ă  la plage!

Notre condo de rez-de-chaussée entiÚrement équipé avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain est situé dans le complexe connu sous le nom de Sunset Cove Condominiums à l'extrémité sud de Seven Mile Beach, juste au nord de Georgetown. Il est à environ 3 miles de l'aéroport. La station est directement sur la plage et ce condo permet une vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et le patio.

Le condo fournit toutes les commodités de la maison, y compris un circuit de cùble à fibre optique / Internet avec chaßnes HD et premium et une couverture Wi-Fi gratuite. Nous fournissons également une bibliothÚque de vidéos et de livres pour la famille et les enfants. Le condo est équipé avec des draps et des serviettes haut de gamme, qui sont blanchies par des professionnels! et vos serviettes de plage sont fournies.

Le complexe comprend une grande piscine tropicale avec des cascades, une pataugeoire pour enfants, un jacuzzi et un bar-restaurant rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, baptisĂ© «5 O'Clock Somewhere», oĂč vous pourrez siroter une boisson tropicale et dĂ©jeuner. À quelques pas de l’eau, vous trouverez une crique marine protĂ©gĂ©e et l’occasion de goĂ»ter aux meilleures plongĂ©es avec tuba de Grand CaĂŻman. Les environs du condo accueillent de nombreuses activitĂ©s / excursions pour s’engager dans la culture des CaĂŻmans.

D'excellents restaurants, la vie nocturne et les magasins sont accessibles Ă  pied depuis le complexe ou louez une voiture pour explorer le reste de l'Ăźle.

My family with two adult children had an amazing trip! The unit was fully stocked with all kitchen essentials you would need. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room were spacious. We used the floats and noodles that were located on the patio in the pool. The beach was beautiful with amazing sunsets and was great snorkeling in the cove. Food at the lazy lizard was great when we wanted a pool side lunch. So many delicious restaurants in the area both in walking distance or a short taxi away. We are already looking at when we’ll be back!

This is a beauty property. The condo unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was upscale everything - from the fully appointed kitchen to the beach towels. It is right next to the pool and steps to a lovely sandy beach with great swim, snorkel, float, and beachcomber opportunities. Transportation without a car was quite manageable; there are excellent dining spots and a market walking distance away and public vans available within minutes to go further afield. Host communication was great, messages responded to within minutes. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay - my teenager even said this was so much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks!

Tucked behind the Margarita property on Seven mile; Sunset Cove is a gem. The condo was clean with ocean inspired decor, prepared for cooking, grilling, playing in the pool or snorkeling/paddling the ocean. Because of the man made cove enclosure there is a calm sandy place to swim and snorkel. The south end of seven mile beach has eroded significantly but from sunset cove and to the South there is some shore to walk.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful rental. The location is perfect- a ton of things in walking distance, and the regular buses for things a little further. Location within the complex is also ideal- right next to the pool, halfway to the beach. The beach is large with plenty of seating. Lots of families- which was perfect for us. The unit is clean, extremely well appointed and the owners communication was top notch. There a many little touches that make it extra convenient- like insulated cups for the beach, spices and condiments and a drawer filled with things like scissors and push pins, etc. Stuff that you inevitably end up needing, but never pack. Huge pool with the swim up bar makes you feel like you're in a resort. I just can't say enough good things about this place. You won't regret staying here.

It was a beautiful stay at Sunset Cove. The home has everything you need for a week away. We used the kitchen for breakfast everyday and it was so nice to have a fridge and freezer to store food. I wasn’t sure how we’d like the first floor but we loved it! So convenient to just walk out and be at the pool. And also to throw the football right in front of patio. Great communication! I’m a planner so maybe a bit earlier than just days before, but overall, a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathryn's condo at Sunset Cove. The condo was very well stocked, comfortable and beautifully decorated. A perfect location to tour the island. Pool was fantastic. All the amenities of home. Lots of great restaurants close by but also nice to stay in and enjoy the patio. Sunsets at the beach were amazing!

Was such a wonderful stay. The artificially built cove was spectacular. Had one person very fearful of the ocean and was snorkeling by the end of the week. Spent hours floating, snorkeling. Great reefs just outside the cove! Perfect size for three of us. Easy to get to airport, grocery stores, restaurants, Georgetown. Communication with the owner was superb, check in a breeze.condo was stocked with everything you would want to cook, hang out and play! Went to the swim up bar a couple of times in the pool but were mostly at the beach! Sunsets were phenomenal! The only thing that caught us off guard was when you pull in, the hotel in front is abandoned and in disrepair but behind it is beautiful Sunset Cove!

Overall very good. The host was very good at communication. The property was well maintained. Beach and pool access excellent. We spent a lot on transportation as it was too hot to walk to the restaurants. They were not as close as we thought they would be. The grocery store was not close enough to replenish creamer and coffee, etc. however, plenty of places to buy booze. Good restaurants were always requiring a taxi ride. Vrbo / non hotel stays lack the ease of calling someone to make arrangements for you. However the cab driver that the host recommended was great at helping us make reservations and at showing us the island. Piccoli was best place on property to get breakfast! The hotel attached to/in front of the property is closed and in bad need of repair. You must walk through that area to get to the second bar, and to piccolo. They should at least sweep that area until it can be properly repaired. I would stay here again, however I would rent a vehicle.

Hands down one of the best vacations we have experienced. From the day we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The condo is right in front of the pool on the first floor and just a couple steps to the beach or parking lot for quick access to either side. The tiny details that enhance your stay that were available to us goes such a long way. Our host was quick to reply to any question we had and always available if needed. I can’t say enough great things. We will only be staying here from now on.. I absolutely recommend staying here , you will not be disappointed!!

Absolutely amazing! It was our anniversary and our first time in the caymans. We couldn’t have picked a better condo. Location was so close to everything. Renting a car is really not necessary. Kathryn was amazing to communicate with. The condo was so clean! Having the bar and grill on site was great. Piccolinos cafe was great too and a Super close walk.

We absolutely loved this Condo & Location. A walk out to the pool within feet & the beach just a short walk. Usually we have to pack coolers for the day on vacations. Never packed a cooler all week. We simply ate most of our meals in the condo. The condo was updated and the decor was a beach theme & perfect. We felt totally safe in the location too. It’s just south from the 7 mile beach & a few minutes north of the heart of Georgetown. The owner was so helpful with quick communication. I would recommend anyone renting from her. Our vacation was just after a hurricane & she contacted us everyday through with an update. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Also the beach towels (even towel clips), snorkels, floats, cooler & more. Never had a problem getting chairs & umbrellas on the beach or at the pool. The cove in the ocean was great for young kids to snorkel too. Great Sunsets too! I would recommend anyone to stay in this rental!!

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we are so glad we rented this unit ! This condo is in the perfect location steps from pool with a swim up bar and a quick walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had floats for pool / beach . Fun snorkeling right outside the cove . I hope we can stay here again the the future!

Look no further. This condo has everything. We were steps from pool with a swim up bar and a 30 sec walk to the beach. The check was smooth and the condo incredibly clean. It had a great amount of items including inflatables, fins, cooler bags, games and kitchen equipment. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful any time we had a question. I hope we can stay there again the the future!
