The condo is nice and spacious, a bit of wear and tear everywhere, but overall still in good condition.
The Pros are comfortable and spacious king size bed for both bedrooms with smart TV, kitchen has many modern appliances. The location is convenient to many restaurants and it's along the main road where the local bus stops and can take you to other parts of the island.
Now the Cons: most of appliances and dishes are dirty, especially the oven was very dirty, we can wipe a layer of grease and food residue from the bottom, sides and metal bars. Also knifes were rusted with stains, and most of the pots and pans are old and in worn-out conditions. Think your cleaning service should check everything in the kitchen are cleaned properly, and do a better job in preparing the place for next visitors.
The AC thermostat is located right by the entrance door directly across two bright windows with no curtains/shades, this is a problem for morning as that area gets warmer than the rest of the condo and the AC keeps blowing cool air more than the set temperature - bedroom gets too cold. Then in the night, it gets too hot and stuffy because the bedrooms have no return vent, you have keep your bedroom doors open.
As noted in other reviews, the location of the condo is located on 7 miles beach where the sand has eroded and it's also in between two other properties that block access to the rest of the beach so you have to walk out to the street to next beach access walkway.
